Rufas and Clara's journey around the world had been a 

remarkable adventure. They had explored various

Clara clutched the note tightly, her voice quivering as she 

turned to Rufas. "Rufas, what does this mean? Who 

could have left this message?"

Rufas, a mixture of concern and determination in his 

eyes, said, "I'm not sure, Clara, but we need to be 

cautious. Let's inform the hotel management and the 

local authorities. It's essential that we take this seriously."

They followed Rufas's advice, reporting the mysterious 

message to the authorities, who promised to investigate. 

The hotel staff increased security around their room, and 

Rufas and Clara tried to carry on with their plans, all the 

while feeling a growing unease that someone was 

watching them.

As days turned into weeks, the eerie feeling of being 

followed persisted. Rufas and Clara noticed unfamiliar 

faces in the crowds during their travels, and sometimes 

they sensed a presence lurking just out of sight. It was as 

though someone was shadowing their every move, but 

they couldn't quite catch a glimpse of the stalker.

One evening, as they visited a historic museum in Paris, 

they both felt a strange sensation—a feeling that they 

were not alone in the dimly lit corridors. Rufas whispered 

to Clara, "Keep walking, but stay close. I think we're 

being watched."

Clara nodded, her heart pounding in her chest as they 

continued through the exhibits. The sensation of being 

followed grew more pronounced, and they quickened 

their pace. Just as they were about to exit the museum, 

they heard a whisper, barely audible, but enough to send 

a chill down their spines.

"I've found you, Rufas and Clara."

They spun around, searching for the source of the voice, 

but the museum was empty, save for a few scattered 

tourists. Panic began to set in as they realised that their 

stalker was always one step ahead, always elusive.

Back at their hotel, they decided to take matters into their 

own hands. Rufas, drawing on his medical knowledge, 

began to document the strange occurrences, creating a 

timeline of events and any clues that might lead them to 

their pursuer. Clara, with her keen observation skills

Clara said, "Rufas, I've been digging into our past, trying 

to find any connections that might explain this. I 

discovered something unsettling."

Rufas looked up, his eyes locking onto Clara's. "What did 

you find?"

Clara revealed a chilling revelation. "Before we left Foley, 

I stumbled upon a box of old letters and journals from 

your mother. She had been documenting strange 

occurrences—notes, phone calls, and even sightings of 

an unknown person. She believed she was being stalked."

Rufas's face paled as he realised the implications. "You 

mean this stalker might have a connection to my mother? 

But why?"

Clara shook her head, her voice trembling. "I don't 

know, Rufas, but I think we need to find out. We can't 

keep running. We have to confront this threat and 

uncover the truth."

Their determination to face their stalker head-on led 

them down a path filled with danger and uncertainty. The
