Chapter 1: The Call to Adventure

Lilian was born on a stormy night, in the grand castle of Everwood. Her parents, the king and queen, had been expecting a son, an heir to the throne. But fate had other plans.

As the royal physician held up the newborn, a fierce gust of wind blew through the castle, extinguishing the candles and torches. The room was plunged into darkness, except for a faint, ethereal glow surrounding the baby.

The queen, exhausted but triumphant, smiled weakly. "She's a girl," she whispered.

The king, disappointed but trying to hide it, forced a smile. "A princess, then. We shall name her Lilian."

As the royal couple gazed upon their daughter, they noticed something peculiar

Elara, the royal nanny, took Lilian in her arms, feeling an inexplicable connection to the child. "This one's special," she whispered to the queen. "Mark my words, she'll bring greatness to our kingdom."

As Lilian grew, her parents began to notice strange occurrences around her. They consulted the royal sorcerer, who revealed that Lilian was born with a rare gift .
