The Arrangements 4

Mr. Tegar opened the gate and Raymond drove in.

"Wow! They are here. See our daughter" Mrs. Tegar said happily.

Nelly could not believe her eyes that it was her dad that opened the gate.

She tried to look very well if it was his dad or his uncle that they resembled each other.

She smiled and moved out of the car. Raymond too came out to greet his in-laws.

"What has changed? I've not seen my dad laughing so much like this before. Indeed, he is very happy to see me" Nelly thought.

"My daughter! Wow! Today is the happiest day of my life" Mr. Tegar said as he hugged his daughter.

"Dad, I'm sorry, I almost lost it. I don't know what else to do other than to run away" Nelly said apologetically.

"I should be the one to beg you. I've wronged you in many ways, I've been so harsh on you. Please forgive me" Mr. Tegar said.
