"Who are you to my daughter? And what is your intention? Mr. Bernard asked in a serious tone.

Wilson had never experienced that before. It was as if he was in a job interview, but he summoned the courage to talk since he is good at answering questions.

"Sir, my intentions are good, and I truly love your daughter. Though I've not asked her the big question because I'm waiting for her for the right time, "Wilson said as he bowed his head.

Mr. Wilson smiled and continued.

Waiting for her at the right time? What do you mean? " He asked calmly this time.

"Yes sir, she told me some things about her past relationships and I noticed the wound is just healing up, so I don't want to rush her," Wilson explained.

"You are right, my son," Mr. Bernard said, smiling.

Wilson thought to himself that that smile was a positive one. He was so happy.

Mr. Bernard asked about Wilson's parents, and he told him. Mr. Bernard was so surprised that the boy sitting beside him was the son of Mr. Benson of oil and gas. He imagined how her daughter met the only son of Mr. Benson, of oil and gas.

He was grateful to God that God brought Wilson to their family.

Wilson and Mr. Bernard began to chat and laugh as if they had known each other for ages.

Sophia and her mother began preparing fried rice, chicken, and salad. Sophia's mind was on Wilson. She wanted them to finish the cooking on time before he came home to eat. She quickly cut the carrots, green beans, cabbage, and others.

Her mother went to the nearby market to buy beef, gizard, and seasonings with some money Sophia gave her. They wanted to satisfy Wilson to some extent. An hour later, everything is set.

Mr. Bernard was enjoying his company with Wilson. Wilson was so happy that he should not curtail his joy. The inner joy he felt gave him more strength.

Not long after, a nurse came to check on Mr. Bernard. She was so surprised that the same man that was terribly sick a few days ago was the one sitting and chatting happily.

The nurse greeted Wilson with a broad smile and Wilson returned the smile and greeted her politely. The nurse could not but comment that Mr. Bernard has a humble and handsome son. Mr. Bernard responded with a smile, and Wilson also smiled.

The nurse announced that the doctor would soon come and check him, and that he may be discharged that day. Mr. Bernard was so happy that Wilson was also happy. Sophia called her dad and said everything was set and that he had packed his food, but that Wilson would come home with him. Mr. Bernard broke the news to his daughter that it may not be necessary because the doctor may have discharged him that day.

Sophia hung up the call and began to jump with full loads of joy in her heart.

She rushed to the sitting room to go and tell her mother. Her mother was happy. They were tired of staying in the hospital. Sophia Joy knew no bounds because Wilson was visiting their house, the one that had mocked her family because of her.

The doctor came to check on Mr. Bernard and was surprised at how fast his recovery was.

The doctor noticed how caring Wilson was and commanded him to stop. The doctor later discharged Mr. Bernard that evening. His joy knew no bounds. Coupled with the way people were making good comments about Wilson, it made his joy increase. Mr. Bernard kept praying in his mind that Wilson should marry her daughter.

Sophia and her mum came to the hospital to pack their loads. They packed it inside Wilson's car, and off they left the hospital premises. The car moved and they chatted happily on their way home.

All those who know Bernard's family began to wonder how they got to know somebody that had this kind of car. Wilson and Sophia packed the loads inside. and sat in one corner of their sitting room and began to chat. Wilson looked around the house.

There was a sitting room with three tables and chairs. Pictures are neatly arranged. And flowers set close to the dining table. Wilson was so happy that Sophia would soon be hers. Not long ago, his mind went to his parents, especially his mother.

He just waved the thought off and continued his chat.

A few minutes later, Mrs. Bernard announced that everybody should come and eat in the dining room. They ate, and Wilson whispered that he would soon be leaving.

Mr. Bernard appreciated Wilson and told him that he should greet his parents.

Sophia quickly changed her mind and said that she would be going that day too. Wilson was very happy that they would have enough time to talk.

Kim thought of the great mistakes he had made in the past. He felt very bad that he couldn't concentrate on where he went.

When Kim was about to come back to check on his friend in the hospital, he cited a car coming. He remembered that he had seen that particular car somewhere. He quickly remembered and waited for the car to stop. Sophia was the first to discover that it was Kim. Wilson packed the car and came out with Sophia's hand in hand.

Wilson was more attractive, and his parents were more prosperous.

"Hello Kim, How was your appointment? "Hope it went well."

Sophia asked happily as they got to where Kim was standing.

"Fine, thanks. Are you leaving already? I thought you said you would leave tomorrow. " Kim asked, forming a fake smile.

"Yes, but I changed my mind. But is there a problem with that? " Sophia asked.

"Not really. I think I could see you and have a word with you, but as I'm seeing you now, I don't think it's necessary again," Kim said calmly.

"Oh, okay. And if you still intend to talk, you can call my number. My regards to your friend, "Sophia replied.
