"You mean you impregnated another lady when your wedding is in a few weeks?" Mr. Edward said in surprise.

Collins just nodded and tears began to flow freely from his eyes.

"What happened? You have never done that even when you were going up" Mr. Edward said as he pats his son on the back.

"It was a girl that just came back from abroad. She came to see her cousin. We met during lunch and one thing led to another" Collins paused and looked at his father as he watched him with keen interest.

"Since when have you known the girl?" Mr. Edward said.

"I met with her that day and that was all," Collins said and heaved a sigh of relief.

"You mean just once? That is serious. But are you very sure that you are the owner of the pregnancy?" Mr. Edward asked.

"I'm not sure but I'm thinking of taking her for a test," Collins said.

"Before we do anything, take her for a test and confirm," Mr. Edward said.
