Olivia's POV:
"Oh no, let's hurry in." I held Natalie's hand and dragged her to the door, but Mr. Adams didn't stop calling.
"Why are you running from your old boss?" Natalie stopped and asked me. I swallowed hard before my shoulders fell. I was the reason he lost 10 percent of his shares; now he won't spare me.
"Just save me from him," I told Natalie, and she nodded. Once Mr. Adams got closer, she stood in front of me.
"You called once; she didn't stop. You called twice, and she didn't, but you still kept calling. Tell me, is that gentleman-like?" She asked, and my mouth fell wide open. That's not what I meant by save me.
"I don't know; maybe an article writer could teach me about being a gentleman," he said, I thought this was going to get her upset, but instead she had a bright smile.
"Am I that famous? So which of my articles did you like the most?" she asked with blushing cheeks.
