"I was still a child then and wasn't able to work at all. When I went to borrow money from my relatives, not one family, including my aunts and uncles, was willing to lend us some money. To them, my father had passed away some time ago and my mother was at death's door, so since almost all my family members were about to die, it wasn't worth their time trying to save us. They didn't know what would happen to me in the future and was even more worried that if they lent money to a child, they might never get it back. Therefore, they refused to even see me and if they could, they would prefer not to have a relative like myself. My mum passed away two months later. Before she passed away, she begged my uncle to take me in and said that he didn't need to return the 30 thousand dollars. All she wanted him to do was to take care of my high school and university tuition fees."
