He Was Finally Awake

He Xiyan did not care where Mo Yixuan had disappeared to, neither did she care about what he was about to do. She sat quietly by Chen Jiahang's hospital bed and would look up occasionally to check on the IV drip and the data on the monitors.

She relaxed when she saw that the numbers were within normal range but she still couldn't help but be worried about Jiahang. 

She ate a small bowl of congee, some bread, and a bottle of water at around 8 PM. She didn't have much of an appetite but she forced herself to eat so that she could have the energy to look after Jiahang.

However, she was still extremely weak since she had barely eaten over the past three days, so she soon fell asleep. She slept beside Jiahang's bed and drifted off into a deep sleep. She didn't even notice the callused hand in her hands twitch suddenly.
