The Book is dropped

Val was always the one to give up quickly, not the hero type either, as he mostly scraped his novels at Two chapters and never went far. But when he reincarnated, he wished he had more than a couple of chapters to one of his novels. The cruel universe of his novel was a jumbled mess. Thanks to the world never being established. Humble World (1)

"Hey, have you heard of that new criminal?"

Shelly shoved a wanted poster in my face, I examined it closely: A boy with puffy light-blue hair, skin pale as a ghost, and wearing a baggy blue hoodie, but the photo was thankfully a blurry mess.

"They say he escaped the damn hazard. Pretty cool, huh?"

...That boy was me, and I was indeed running away from them - they had made me look like a rogue barbarian making my job difficult. Thankfully they did not have a good photo. So why am I in this cafe? I uncorked my water bottle; I had no money.

I hardly found a job in this cafe: But I was pretty content, as I liked the white and blue polka-dotted design they went for. We rarely had any customers, so that was good, having the typical diner look with only a few tables. Some withering paint in the back.

"Why should I care? Is the Hazard that important?" I rolled my eyes. They couldn't be that important, "Sounds like a group of dumbasses."

She sat down, folding her hands, before visibly sighing of boredom. But seeing her face closer, she was beautiful: Having wavy sunny hair. Raspberry pink lips, she has good curves as well, But her hopping-around personality is an earful. I feel sorry for the person for her future boyfriend.

"Other than their weird name, they are glamorously strong, and well now surprised you haven't heard of them," She cracked her knuckles, tilting her head, "Were you living under the gutter before?"

I knew she was saying it for fun, but she weirdly perceived everything, hitting the bullseye. I cranked my chair, the blue in my eyes withering and scattering, crossing my arms. I Exhaled a deep mist as my sore throat ached.

"I don't have a phone to get the news."

She giggled upon hearing my response.

"Ever heard of newspapers?"

I blanked out, looking at her. I swear I'm holding back my punches. She always had a plan B when she asked for something, and I slipped right into her trap. I really can't loosen up when Im with this chick.

"Why do you have a plan B for everything?"

She glanced over to the entrance as I continued glaring at her.

"No customers are here. It is a slow day."

"Wow... You act like such an edge lord, Blue boy."

"I don't call you Sunny girl, don't I? Misses headache."

...

When I get out, the gleeful sight disappears. as the upbringing of the town comes next. No matter where I looked, I was disgusted: A obese man trying to lure children with a pack of cigarettes into the allies, a man pulling a knife on some guy while everybody ignores it in plain sight.

Some guy trying to ask a girl on a date, some stalker watching over a girl; in a grubby window of a restaurant, no matter where I looked, these people were shimmering in their perverted ways.

My wrist goes numb, scorching my insides out of disgust.

Disregarding the dark black houses and streets, the yellow flickering lamps surrounded the area. The unbearable cold makes the people selling cheap wear for expense shine more, as a few kid's my age pickpocket from the old.

"Not my problem..." I said that, but no matter what I did, the aching in my heart didn't go away, even though I ignored it.

Where was I going anyway? I didn't have a house to rest in, nor did I have a bed. Maybe I should sleep on the rooftop?

I was not the hero, as I never gave off the vibe. I was more like an anti-hero or the villain, as I didn't care if I killed anymore...

But why do I keep having that dream? I thought I had gone over the monster situation, but in my dream's it keeps alluring me to tears, making my head feel dull every time I wake up. I just killed a monster, nothing else, nothing more.

...

The next day,

"Shaking my head out, I hear the shouts of a young girl.

"Get the fuck away from me!" She said with a raspy voice, kicking out the perverted man. "HELP ME!"

At first, I was not about to get involved, but when I saw the expensive items in the man's hand's when gold struck my eyes.

The man leaned closer to the girl's privates, ignoring my presence, and he tried to continue.

"Don't worry here. Keep moving." He grinned with his mouth out, showing off his gem-covered glasses.

I was already swinging my foot in his face, imprinting a deep red mark on his cheek. The man flung back, trying to make the distance wider.

"You owe me 200 bucks," I said, as I did not care about the... "What the fuck?"

I looked at him... It was a guy whose privates were hanging down, making me flunk a disapproving look on the rich man.

"Don't mean to be mean, but why is he dressed up?" You are telling me the man. He had to dress him up before raping the dude! And why is his voice like that?

"...I don't know,"

The guy getting raped replied immediately, as his eyes were closed with tears. They never cover this in the news, but godamn there are some weirdos..."

...

"Well, that had to be the weirdest thing that happened."

She rolled on the floor with laughter, flaunting her sunyellow hair. About 10 minutes in, she pushed herself up, rubbing a tear off her cheek. As I sighed, seeing her laugh like a maniac, I had made that story up, but she looked content with the mockery.

I couldn't resist as my lips went a little upwards.

Immediately she snapped out. Seeing the glitching smirk on my face, she looked at me with white eyes, sulling her crayon-pink eyes. As if she never saw me smile before. But I think I smiled every day,

"You have a hearth?" She jokingly said, but my face was now full of awe.

Tightly tapping my cheek, I reassured her I was good and remembered a sad movie, and nothing had happened. But In my heart, the question ached, did I have one? Or was it gone, thanks to the system?

Novels don't tell me how to deal with this stuff...

Chin, Chin

A customer had come, and when I looked up at a boy with short green hair and crimson-red eyes, he looked down at me with his chiseled body...

'BLAZE?!?!?' I internally shouted, as the main character showed up so randomly with his regular smile.

Im sorry if the writing was not that good this time, as I had some exams
