"I don't know. Maybe he was with the enemy all along. I rejected him after I saw from Dad's blood that he was the one who killed him," Raven said as her anger towards Rebel started to boom again.

Celine heaved a sigh.

She wasn't expecting that her beloved Raven, whom she treated like her daughter, was torn between the blood feud between Dahlia and her herd and the revenge for her parents. She didn't see it coming. This little girl probably suffered, bringing it along with her for a millennium of being slumbered.

"What is your plan?" Celine asked her.

"Slay Dahlia and end it all without being mated," she replied to Celine after filling a few jars of her blood.
