"I am Damian Frost, the man courting your daughter," Damian began. He felt Melody increase the strength of her grip on his hand and he paused to look at her." I promise to take care of her and never hurt her," he simply said. He would come back to ask for their blessings after he proposed to her.

Melody was right there, he didn't want her to know that it would be soon that he would go on one knee to propose to her.

After his words, the next person to come forward was Smith who came to give his respect to his late Master and Madam. He was almost as emotional as Melody but as a man and one of stoicism, his emotions did not reflect on his face. He only stared at their graves giving a silent reverence before she felt Melody's arm on his shoulder. He turned and offered her a smile.

Abigail, who didn't know the couple but only heard of them, also came forward to be there for Melody and Smith who were like family to her.
