CHAPTER FORTY-THREE

ROXANNE'S POV

Did the ray of sunlight have to drastically bring me back to reality? I fumed in anger with eyes shut ever so tightly. I was feeling reluctant to stand up for i was in a the middle of a dream where I was in a family meeting, with my family members present. The dream was one that I frequently had. It was quite a thrilling one for It was nice to have kind parents, even though they existed only in the dream realm.

I managed to open my eyes, and the first thing I noticed was the different environment. Why did my eyes have to play games with me? I groaned in exhaustion. I rubbed them with my hands while giving out my early morning routine yawn. After yawning, I scanned the room in confusion, from the giant mirror that was too grand to be mine, to the transparent glass window that led way to a large balcony with sofas, but couldn't find anything that bore a resemblance to any of my things.
