Chapter 7 - Troll Champion vs The Pack Leader

Once a formidable and large Fortress, now in chaos and destruction. The Troll Fortress in the forest of Ragnarok is one of the strongest and even kingdoms won't take a risk to attack it. Yes, the truth behind it is the kingdom doesn't want ro waste troops to attack the Fortress and instead relying on Adventurers with random capabilities.

"You are the third Human that I have decided to have a duel. Be honored!" The Troll champion said with confidence. He looked down at Ryze like he was just an Ant to him.

"Then what happened to the others?" Ruze asked curiously. If this monster is alive, then he wanted to at least know about the others.

"I ate the man, and ravage the women." Those were the only words the Troll champion spoke. Then he prepared a battle stance.

"Father? Do you know that man?" Bard's son, Felix asked. They were also frightened by the large creatures but they noticed that they were protecting them and looked at the man who is facing the large Troll.

"That man is not simple." The lady, who is caressing Eudora's hair said, then she continued, "My ability is Power Sensitivity, I can sense how strong a person is."

"Can you beat that man? Knight Sylvia?" Old man Bard asked curiously. The woman sighed and stared at the man they were talking too.

"It may be disrespectful but even the King will have a hard time fighting him." This caused silence to the crowd and continue to observe what will happen. They weren't sure if the man is friendly or Foe but old man Bard can guess that this young man is very familiar.

I don't know why but I don't feel fear or suppressed by this giant. Did my mentality change if I get more stronger? It's like I want to fight every time or is this some influence caused by the Beasts system?

'Boom'

The Troll champion smashed its large Broadsword towards me but I manage to dodge buy leaping to the right side.

I throw one spear towards him and he was not just strong, but he was fast enough to block my spear using his large rectangular shield but then, the orc champion is surprised that my spear managed to penetrate the shield.

"Strong Human! Hahaha!"

"You are not as bad as well!"

The Troll champion laughed like a maniac then contained the offensive.

I withdraw another spear again and throw it by hitting his right leg. This time, I manage to penetrate his leg even thou he has an iron leggings.

"Graaaa!"

The Troll Champion screamed and his eyes glowed in red? Is he in a berserk mode?

The Troll swept his broadsword sideways and I was surprised that it was so slow. I wanted to intercept it with the sword that I have but the difference in materials will cause it to break so I decided to fight him in style.

'Foolish!'

I sprinted towards his injured leg and kicked the stuck spear that caused the Troll to kneel in one knee.

Using this opportunity, I leaped twice to at least level where the head of the Troll champion and withdraw a bow and arrow.

"Target Lock."

Releasing the string, two arrows penetrate the eyes of the Troll. I felt happy but his screams. Am I okay? or did I just hate him so much?

Because of the connection, I have with the Alpha's that were guarding the Humans, I can see and feel their reaction. It's not like I'm showing off. It is just I want to let them know the difference between all of us and make them have a positive evaluation of my strength.

"Stop running and fight like a warrior!"

The Troll champion cried out with his eyes closed.

"I'm not a warrior, I'm a beast that only wanted to kill in every way as possible." Oops, did I just say that?

Iron leggings plus thick skin, I can only injure the Troll champion, I really need a stronger weapon soon.

Using my speed as an advantage, I assumed that hitting the same portion of the iron armor will help me penetrate it.

'boom'

Instead of using his broadsword, the Troll champion is using his fist to smack on the ground around him.

Using his large build so that I can't swing my sword anymore around him, I can manage but only just a few hits.

Smart but he could have used his broadsword to spin around, it might make him have the advantage.

I hopped backward and started to shoot arrows on his helmet at the same spot and it resulted to have cracks in it.

Rushing towards his large broadsword I managed to lift it. Amazing.

The Troll champion forcefully opened his left eye to see what happened. I jumped high enough and slash the sword on the helmet cracks.

"Bwaakk!"

The Troll champion once again screamed while blood was rushing out from his head. I don't know why he is trying to remove the helmet. It can still be used but this gave me an opportunity to sweep the large broadsword toward his neck and managed to behead the Troll champion.

[Congratulations Ryze! You manage to defeat a Troll Champion. It's easy, right?]

"I can't say it's easy but it's not that hard as well."

'Thud"

The sound of the Troll champions head hitting the ground even manage to shook the ground. How heavy is his head?

"Now then! Kill them All!"

I shouted and instructed my minions.

Notifications of Genetic Points that I earned are flooding at my System and using the large Broadsword I managed to shred ten to twenty Trolls.

"Maybe I can use this as my primary weapon for now."

"Continue the cleaning. Alpha Wolf and Saber, help them and protect the weaker ones."

They nodded and left the cage. I walked towards them.

"Haaa... It's really you young man." The old man sighed heavily.

"It's been a long time, sir Bard," I replied and took off my leather cap.
