Eran's Step

He tied his horse in a special place next to the building that read Doyir Inn. Eran, having arrived in the city of Starastok, after booking one of the rooms, immediately put down the small bag he had brought, and then rested while waiting for dark.

With his black hood and cloak, Eran left the Inn just as day turned to night. Tonight's goal was to find Carany Whistle, an informant mentioned by Halbarad earlier. He entered the Tavern cautiously, slipping between the crowds of drinkers and animated conversation. After ordering an Ale, Eran chose a seat in the most hidden corner of the place, at the end furthest from the eyes of others.

Before long, a young boy who appeared to be around the age of 13 approached him quickly and without hesitation sat down on the seat across from Eran. The dim lights in the Tavern illuminated his mysterious face, and his eyes flashed under the hood of his red robe.
