Girl's View: The Day My Heart was Stolen

"Sorry Tochaki for making you walk today"

"Its fine dad, this is a new experience for me! I am kinda excited as well."

"Please stay safe then. Don't be late."

Father got in the car and drove off to his work. I am left alone in the front of the house.

"Well, better start eating breakfast and get to school."

It was indeed a new experience for me. I never had to walk to school my entire life but this seems like so much fun. I wonder if dad would let me walk to school from now on. Maybe I can even meet some of my friends before getting to school.

I passed by a supermarket and saw a grown man approaching me. I initially thought he was just going in the same direction I was but as I just passed the supermarket front door, I was pushed into the wall.

"Ahhh!"

I turned around and saw two pairs of hand pushing against the wall on both sides of me, blocking my escape route.

"Umm... Excuse me... but I have to get to school..."

"Aren't you a fine lady. Why don't you skip school today and go on a little 'date' with me?"

"Sorry but... I have to get to school. My teachers are waiting for me."

"Cmon girl, there is still what, like 7 minutes until your school starts? How about we go somewhere fun? Just the two of us?"

"Please, I don't want to be late to school. Please let me go."

I was scared out of my mind. I can feel my legs shaking and I fell down on my knees. The man reached towards my face and I yelled at last.

"NO PLEASE! SOMEONE HELP!"

I closed my eyes as I feel his fingers run across my face onto my shoulders and eventually towards my chest. However, I heard punch as the feeling of the man's finger disappear. I opened my eyes to the sight of a young man continuously hitting the man until he was knocked unconscious. He had black hair and wore glasses. He was wearing the same uniform as I am. He must also be from my high school. But I have never seen him in my life. Is he in my grade then?

"Are you alright? Are you hurt anywhere?"

I was still shocked by the sight I was seeing and didn't answer right away. I broke out of autopilot mode and looked at him in the face.

"I-i-am… alright… but more importantly! What about you?!"

"I'm fine, you should get to school now. It's already 8:05."

He ran back to his bag and ran towards the direction of school. I reached my hands towards him. The prince that saved me... I saw a little card drop from his bag as he was running. I finally stood up and walked towards the card on the ground.

"Ayanami Juni... first year student... Birthday Day February 11th..."

As I looked at the image of this boy more and more... I felt my face getting hotter. I smiled towards the direction he ran towards and reached my hands towards it.

I think I found the prince... that ran away with a stolen heart...
