Chapter 10 Part 2

"I'll have to get rid of your side piece though. You shouldn't make things hard for your new husband babe." Sheogorath says, giving Shavik a disgusted look.

His Majesty looks at Viridiana and she nods at him. They tie their arms together and chant the following passage to cast the spell Demon Disintegration. "We banish thee back to the pits of the Demon Realm. May the blessing of the god help us to cast thee back to the depths. Assist us in destroying this unnatural and putrid entity before us. Let the holy light penetrate thy flesh and burn away the evil. Demon Disintegration!"

The sky opens up above Sheogorath, twenty spell circles reach to the heavens. A shining beam of holy cleansing light pushes all of the clouds out of the sky as it flashes to the ground. Sheogorath screams for a few seconds but breaks free from his bonds and slowly struggles out of danger.

The demon sprouts a pair of blood red wings and shivers in the air as they stop the spell.

"I'm still too weak from being released from my hiding place. I'll be back for you someday Christopher. The Demon God looks forward to it." Sheogorath says, turning around.

He is met with one of Christopher's portals and struck with a spatial spell, leaving a massive hole in his chest.

"Now, now, behave yourself. You were born with a demon seed for a reason. It's your destiny to destroy this world. Be seeing you." Sheogorath blinks away, the sinister aura disappearing with him.

"As slippery as ever. Damn you." Heddwyn says.

"What happens to the finals now?" A distant audience member asks.

Heather looks up at her father and punches him in the throat. Christopher and the royals scamper away as Heddwyn chokes, trying to get some air.

"Looks like the match continues, everyone!" The Mc says.

Finally able to breathe, Heddwyn says, "Why you little. That was a low blow."

"Hey, I saw my chance and took it. I'll need everything to keep up with you." Heather says, hoping on the spot.

(Narrator) I guess it's just me finding it a bit strange that they just act like that never happened?

"Cmon, what are you waiting for? You just gonna stand there?" Heather taunts.

"I'm not gonna hit my daughter." Heddwyn says, closing his eyes.

Heather darts to Heddwyn in a blur and strikes him full force in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him. "If you don't trade punches like you did with Beluf, I'll make you my training dummy. Or would you prefer me to insult you?"

"I don't care what you do." Heddwyn says.

"Then you give me no choice." Heather grinds her heel into her father's foot. "You've been a very bad kitty." This causes Heddwyn's eye to twitch. "You gonna be kneading any dough today?" She mimics the motion while pouting.

"Watch it cub." Heddwyn says through gritted teeth.

"Naw, who's a good kitty!" Heather says, patting his head.

"Stop it. Now!" Heddwyn threatens.

"Or what? All I want you to do is fight me! You were all determined before. Was the little kitten scared of the big scarewy Demon Lawd?" Heather taunts.

Heddwyn right hooks and Heather defends it off. "You want a fight? Alright. You got one. I'll make sure you lose." he says, throwing a left hook, which she defends.

"Finally! It only took you eight years!" Heather kicks her father in the balls, sending him to a knee, cupping them tight. She spins around and roundhouse kicks him in the side of the head, making him eat dirt.

"Looks like Engilram's a better teacher than you, specially since you were this easy to knock down. Cmon, get back up!" Heather taunts.

Heddwyn wipes the blood from his nose with an angry look on his face and disappears. "You wanted what I did to Beluf? Fine." His voice comes from behind her, but her kick connects with nothing as she swings round.

"Shit. I should've held back a bit. I don't think I can counter like Beluf...Wait, what am I doing? Wide Range Counter!" Heather is suddenly met with Heddwyn's spear to her throat.

"Surrender cub." Heddwyn asks.

"As if." Heather grabs the blade of the spear, cutting her hand and this makes Heddwyn back off a little. She then swipes her bloody hand in his face, dripping her blood close to his eyes, some even went in his mouth. She takes this chance to snatch the spear and drive it into Heddwyn's foot, making him yelp in pain.

Heddwyn disappears once again which Heather counter's once more, this time met with a punch to the face that sends her flying towards the centre of the arena.

Heather quickly stands around the dust kickup and charges back at him, throwing a few seeds into the ground. Heather slams her hands into the ground next to the seeds, growing them into deadly purple flytraps. They snap and gnaw at the air, hungry for flesh. One of the smaller ones tries snapping at Heather and she scolds them.

Heddwyn materialises in front of her and that same flytrap latches itself onto Heddwyn's arm holding him away from Heather.

"What an ugly thing. How did you find something like this?" Heddwyn asks, punching the fly traps leathery skin.

Another one engulfs Heddwyn whole, killing the smaller flytrap and starts digesting the Nekojin, which doesn't last long. The flytrap spit Heddwyn out and a substantial amount of blood. It falls dead after receiving lethal wounds. The others die shortly afterwards, being poisoned from being attached to the other dead one.

"Took a page out of your book. Nightshade poison. Although I actually used it instead of bluffing." Heddwyn says, tossing the empty bottle.

"Guess I'll do the same." Heather says, disappearing but reappearing when she shoves a Kunai into Heddwyn's gut. "I'm not as good as you, but I can still cause a little confusion."

"Damn, I forgot I taught you that." Heddwyn winces as he takes out the knife.

Heather takes a step back before kicking Heddwyn in the ribs. Heddwyn grabs her leg and drives his elbow into her knee. Heather falls to the ground clasping her injured knee in pure agony.

"I'm pretty hurt. Please surrender cub. I doubt you could stand on that leg." Heddwyn pleads.

"Not until we're both on the floor. I will keep going until we're both being carried out of here by medics." Heather passionately says, hobbling to her feet.

Heather throws a few seeds at her feet and reinforces her knee with the vines that grow out of them. She takes a few practice hops and socks Heddwyn in the throat again, followed by a jab to the ribs.

After Heddwyn's throat recovers from the sudden shock he gasps in. "Why did I ever do this in my fight with Beluf? Getting punched in the throat sucks!" his voice becomes raspy and coarse as he tries to recover.

As Heddwyn falls to a knee from the punch to the ribs, Heather drops kicks the other knee, popping out the joint and making sure he couldn't stand on it. "And how does that feel? Gonna need some trauma recovery for that one huh?"

(Narrator) Every so often, I'm reminded not to piss her off. This stress is killing me. I just want one of them to win already.

"You surrender!" Heather claps back, her tone intense.

"Over my dead body cub." Heddwyn says, splashing a basic healing potion onto his knee.

"How many potions do you have on you?! That's playing dirty!" Heather says, trying to kick Heddwyn in the side but he vanishes once again, which she obviously counters.

Heather leaps out of her spot, preemptively expecting an attack. Two Kunai whizz past her face, scratching her cheek. As she presses her fingers on it to see if it drew blood, Heddwyn rockets into her, driving his shoulder into her ribs, throwing her to the floor which she rolls out of.

"Shit that hurts." Heather mutters, holding her side.

Heddwyn isn't giving Heather any time to breathe, kneeing her in the chin, knocking her to the ground and leaving her in a daze. He waits to see if she gets up from it.

Before the referee could check on her condition, Heather rolls over onto her stomach and weakly stands to her feet. Simon jumps out and grows to his normal size to help her balance.

Heather whispers to Simon to unravel his body through the floor to capture him. Simon whips into the ground and wraps himself up Heddwyn's legs, Holding him in place.

"Simon! That's too close to my bits you sod!" Heddwyn exclaims, blushing from embarrassment.

Heather finds this extremely amusing as Simon's vines tease the boundary. "Simon, stop. I'm gonna pee!"

Simon backs off Heddwyn for a single moment, allowing him to escape. "Damn it Simon, c'mere." Heather says, still laughing hysterically.

Simon listens to her order and ravels back into himself, prancing over to her.

"That was mischievous of you." Heather says, petting his head. "I'm ok now, go back home." she commands. Simon shrinks back down and jumps back into the pouch.

"Wait, why am I standing here?" Heddwyn asks himself.

"I dunno." Heather answers from behind, kicking him in the back on the leg.

"How did you do that?" Heddwyn asks.

"I just ran over here." Heather says.

"But I was looking right at you." Heddwyn says.

"Speed Buff and Slowness Debuff stupid. You looked down while you were talking to yourself. So I took advantage." Heather answers.

Heather strikes Heddwyn in the back of the head with a tree branch, essentially whipping him.

"Ah! Son of a bitch! Where did you get that?!" Heddwyn asks again.

"There's a cone on the other end. Will you stop asking questions? It's starting to get annoying!" Heather says, hitting him with the branch again.
