[ Everfrost ] : Before the Ice King had passed away he had hidden his prized skill book in hopes of relearning it once he had reincarnated along with his beloved, alas before he could reincarnate, his beloved's soul was destroyed by his enemies, sorrow and mourning soon followed after thus he had frozen his skill book in a tomb and quietly died with it waiting to be with his beloved once more.

Eun-woo remembered when he sent his team to excavate the Ice King's throne, it was there he found [ Everfrost ] and the [ Tear of the Beloved ].

In the original story, the Ice king was resurrected and was recovering he was then manipulated by the demons and proceeded to kill half of Ira Academy before being finally cut down once more by Lee Jun-ho and the other students and all they looted was his sword [ Frostbind ].

What he didn't know was that when he went to the excavation site and entered the tomb he saw two skeletons, one sitting on the throne and one sitting atop, with tattered clothes and robes, he then knew who they were.

As he went near, he saw the skill book in front of the throne placed on a table enclosed in Ice, before he went to take it he looked at the two skeletons, he saw that the other skeleton had a necklace and was shining.

Eun-woo bowed in respect to the two lovers, he didn't know why but he had an urge to get a bouquet of Daisy flowers, he went out once more and ordered on impulse.

As soon as the order arrived, he placed it in front of the two skeletons, what he didn't know the Skeletons suddenly collapsed and two wisps came out from within them.

"Thank you for listening to my request, It was my Beloved's favourite flower, its a pity, after living for 900 years waiting for her, she arrived so suddenly in my last moments that I didn't even get to prepare her favourite things"

Eun-woo listened to the Ice King who had taken form, he was a tall, handsome and sturdy man, he was the epitome of royalty and had an aura that made anyone want to bow down.

The Ice king stretched out his hand, on his hands was the other wisp, his beloved.

"My Beloved didn't reincarnate with Mana when she came here, that's why she's only in this form, she only remembered her past life when she found the necklace I had given to her when we were married, she had been visiting this place everyday taking care off the place outside as I blocked her from entering the throne room, I only allowed her to come here when I knew she was also in her last moments."

Soon the [ Tear of the Beloved ] was floating in front of Eun-woo and shortly he heard that the ice trapping [ Everfrost ] was breaking.

"[ Frostbind ] isn't compatible with you, I on normal circumstances would have given it to you but alas you already have that cursed sword of yours, as compensation take my Beloved's necklace, she also wants to give it to you as gratitude as she says she feels that you also have a beloved already"

'Women's Intuition is really scary huh.'

Eun-woo muttered but he saw that the Ice King had a smirk on his face right after he thought of it.

"You are not from of this world, yet you also are"

[ Everfrost ] Then arrived in front of the Ice King and soon numerous pages from the area floated around the Ice King, The skill book had glowed and the pages that were floating merged one with the book, shortly after Frostbind arrived and decomposed turning into pages, it then also merged with the book.

"This is the complete version of [ Everfrost ], I pass down my true legacy unto you with this, Frostbind was supposed to be the last remaining pages of the book and now I have returned the skill to its original state with this I am now also finally free,"

The necklace had been placed atop of the skill book and Eun-woo received it, then another light glowed in front of him, it was then the other wisp had turned into her original form.

Even the Ice King was surprised not even he could imagine this would happen right now, he wanted to say something but only let out a smile as he had met his Beloved once more.

"Park Eun-woo, I see many things are going to trouble you in the future, I wish, no, We wish you take care of yourself, do not fret on the things that are to come but always strive to be better and most importantly, take care of everyone around you, you won't know when they'll be gone, use your time wisely, cherish the moments you spend together and always be you."

The Ice King then took her hand, the two bowed at Eun-woo before disappearing into the mist.

Eun-woo bowed and vowed to give them a proper burial after looting this place clean as there were still numerous treasures and low rank artifacts, he had gotten more than he came for and thus he was more than willing to honor them, and honoring them by writing their story was what he had been doing for the past month.

"Say What happens next!"

Ling Shu asked Eun-woo as she was reading the novel.

"I can't tell you, it's only half finished and it needs more editing"

"Can you at least tell me what Simon does next? does he wantonly slaughter everyone? does he go on an epic quest to go to hell and rescue his beloved's soul? does he slay every God?"

Eun-woo then took the novel from Ling Shu's hands and gave it to Sowon who had been staring at it for a long time

"It's Sowon's turn to read now, I'll give you a copy once its finished"

"Thanks Eun-woo! say do you have any other novels that you made? You're a not a bad writer you know"

"I'll write one when I'm done with this."

Lee Jun-ho felt he was weak but then someone approached him when he looked at the side it was his classmate and partner earlier.

"You can also call me Jun-ho, I'm sorry I was reckless earlier"

Eun-woo chopped Ling Shu's head and waited for Sowon before they proceeded to go to the class.

As Sowon sat down with them, she couldn't help but notice that Eun-woo was immediately just writing and Ling Shu was also now playing a gacha game, both of them looked liked they didn't care for the upcoming orientation, well she honestly didn't care about it also.

Sowon shook her head as she listened to the only class they had left, she found it boring but decided to listen anyway, she noticed that the necklace she was given earlier started glowing a faint blue light, she held it in her hands and suddenly she felt relaxed and her mind was cleared, she felt energized somehow yet she also felt something wet in her eyes.

She rubber her eyes she then noticed it was a tear, she then correlated it with the artifact, the artifact in her eyes then returned to it's original appearance.

"Sowon? Is there something wrong?"

Ling Shu asked as she didn't get the character she wanted and noticed that Sowon had been staring at her necklace weirdly and looked like she had cried.

"Ling Shu, did you see any faint glow earlier?"

"The only thing that was glowing were these blue garbage rolls."

Ling Shi showed her phone to Sowon then continued pulling, Sowon nodded then looked at Eun-woo, Eun-woo also shook his head, which meant only she could have seen and felt the effects, she stared at the artifact in her hands again, she soon felt someone was looking at her, she looked at the front and she was surprised.

"It's good that it is finally with you"

Sowon wanted to tug Eun-woo or Ling Shu who appeared in front of her but she just stared at the woman who faintly resembled her as she couldn't move.

"How do I say this, they can't hear us nor see me, don't worry in due time all will be revealed once you collect all the artifacts that I've scattered, only you can sense them and they'll be of great benefit to you, I'm looking forward to your growth Jung Sowon"

As Sowon stared at the Woman's eyes, she felt calm and safe shortly after the woman returned to the mist she soon saw Ling Shu's face in front of her.

"Sowon? Are you Okay? You've been staring for a long time now"

"I'm fine"

"Come on let's go! I wanna see where you guys live inside the campus!"

Ling Shu immediately ran off outside to wait for them as she couldn't help herself.

"Eun-woo, are you finished writing?"

"Yeah, it just needs to be edited then it'll be ready for release as early as next week"

"Can I take a look?"

"Here you go, give me the copy I gave you earlier that was the first draft, this is the final draft"

Sowon took out the book she was given and swapped with Eun-woo, she saw the title had changed, from 'Everfrost' to 'The Beloved' she immediately took it and hid it in her bag.

Eun-woo didn't know what to do as Sowon looked at the book like it was a precious treasure, he didn't think too much about it so he grabbed Sowon's hand.

"Come on let's go now"

"Mm"

Sowon nodded and held onto Eun-woo's hand as they met up with Ling Shu waiting for them outside.

"Yuck! I can't stand you two being like that, I support your relationship I just don't support you guys publicly flaunting it! Can you give us single people a break?

"Deal with it"

Ling Shu stared at Sowon after she said it, she didn't know what to expect from Sowon.

"Are you coming or no?"

"Yeah Yeah, let me crash in your place!"

Ling Shu immediately followed after them as they went to the campus dorm area.
