Damen| Prince, Warrior and Hero.

Serin was excited to be in another world, but at the same time, she was missing her home badly. Thinking about her family getting worried because she is not in her room and anywhere there, made her worry too. She thanked God that she visited this place, but she decided to leave now.

Forster family, happy to meet the girl who was not what they thought, were also worried about winter at the same time. Fact that winter showed up without the season, made them worry more.

They stood up, Sofia and Kane decided to leave Serin at the same place from where she came, before anyone find out about her. Both trembling with their every action because of fear made Serin puzzle.

"Winter is normal right? What is the thing to get surprised and fear for that?", she asked.

"What? Winter is normal? Do you even know what winter means?", Suzan yelled in disagreement.

"Suzan! She doesn't know anything about this place. She is unknown for many things. Right now sending her back to home is more important than thinking about winter", Mrs Forster yelled back to her daughter, Suzan.

Suzan is usually a calm girl, but watching everything changing suddenly through her eyes after Serin came, made her hyper. She never yelled before or behaved badly with her guests. Instead, She is the most angelic, when it comes to her guests. But not with serin.

She still thinks that Serin is the only reason behind the winters, reason by which every person living in the Artemis frighten. Suzan is right in her way, Serin showed up without any reason in their world. Humans don't live there, and accepting a human as their guests in the house was like hiding a criminal in their home.

A long time ago, Artemis was packing her stuff to go back in the sky from her castle of the moon. She remembered about a plant she wanted to take with her and went into Dark Forest. There she found a girl sitting on the ground, hiding her face in her knees.

She went close to her and asked if she is lost. She took that girl with her back in the castle and cancelled her plans to go back. The whole pack celebrated that their goddess was not leaving them again.

The girl she found in the jungle was human. She came into Artemis while opening the door of her house. Artemis hide this from her pack and kept her in the castle of the moon. She gave her the same ability to change herself into a wolf as her pack so that no one could doubt her. But her scent of human didn't let it be a secret for a long time.

People questioned Artemis on keeping a human in their world who came from nowhere. Artemis named that girl her best friend and stayed with her for the next three years until she turned 20 years old.

That girl who grew up with Artemis felt weak before her. Being her best friend, she wanted to be different from the packs. Artemis did not like seeing her best friend alone sitting in porches of the castle, so she decided to give her a few more powers.

She gave her more powers, more than which is given to the prince and princess. That girl slowly learnt magic on her own, she even started making snow. The pack had never seen snow before in their lives, and so they were happy to watch winters. Artemis was happy to find her pack accepting that girl slowly.

That girl even learnt to turn herself into a giant white dragon, who can fly high into the sky. Slowly pack started loving the girl and Artemis wanted to be with her sweet best friend forever. Artemis do not age, she was the same young from ages. She stopped the ageing process of that girl and she the same young until the next 10 years.

In these 10 years, that girl secretly made demons from the black world her friends. She learned magic and black magic from them. Evil inside that girl grew more and more each year. She wanted to become more powerful than others, even more than Artemis.

Artemis found out that the girl was misusing her powers and was about to stab a knife on her in a few years. In that era, a prince was the protector. Artemis gave him a few powers trusting the last person in her life to protect the pack from that girl.

The girl saw this and the evil inside her took the place. She made heavy snowfall, through which many citizens living in Artemis died from cold. Artemis didn't like this and decided to take away her powers. But before she could, that girl attacked her castle of the moon. She teamed herself with black world demons who were hiding in Artemis and held war against them to rule over everyone and take all the powers of Artemis from her.

Unfortunately, even with black powers, she lost and Artemis won. That girl became very weak and disappeared somewhere, all the snow melted away thereafter and winters never came back. After a few hours, Artemis faded away too before her pack and never came back. It's been 200 years now, both of them never came back. Neither the prince changed, and neither he aged.

Little Serin does not know anything about this story and neither Forster told her. They took Serin inside a room in the basement, Serin remembered the basement. It was same, same which she saw in the restaurant on her 18th birthday.

She was speechless. They gave fur coat to Serin and took her towards a door and stood before it. Before opening the door, they both together whispered a mantra and twisted the doorknob.

"Momma wait... I'll come too... I want to say her bye before she leaves me", Cavin came running, taking his small steps in the room and hugging Serin with his small hands. Cavin is a kid, just six years old kid.

At first, they didn't allow him but then they agreed. They agreed only in one condition, Cavin could not change himself into a wolf. Cavin is just a baby wolf who is not aware of his powers.

It's dangerous for a kid to walk around in his wolf form too as he didn't learn yet using his powers completely. Also, it is winter, it means everywhere in danger. And if a baby wolf is attacked in his wolf form, he dies.

Sofia opened the door completely, revealing nothing but the darkness behind the door. Not a single ray of light was visible inside the door. Cavin holds Serin's hands and walked inside the door. Both Kane and Sofia followed them from behind. Suzan kept watching them, standing behind the door upstairs of the basement.

No one was talking, neither Serin asked anything. Only the sound of their footsteps was heard. Cavin was still holding Serin's hands. After almost walking for the next five minutes, some light rays were visible. The place they were walking was inside a cave. The same cave where Serin fainted.

Serin saw two large brown wolves standing beside them when they reached the entrance. She jumped back a little after watching them suddenly but chuckled seeing the same wolves again because of whom she fainted.

The forest before her eyes was not the same as it was before. The forest she saw which was muddy and scary, looked beautiful now. Every tree, every leaf, every plant, every stones and pebble, everything was covered under snow. Sparkling white snow. But the snow that looked beautiful to Serin was not the same for Forsters.

With the curiosity of knowing about the reason behind their fear, Serin finally asked them about it. But even before she could get an answer, arrows started to be shoot on them from the sky. One of the wolves beside Serin howled and went running into the deep forest.

Another wolf beside her tried to stop him calling out his name, but that wolf didn't stop. He was Mr Forster. Mrs Forster commanded Cavin to take Serin back at home and she ran behind him, into the deep forest before howling.

Cavin holds Serin's hands tightly and turned back to go home. But before they could, an arrow was hit on Calvin's shoulder. Serin's eyes widened in shock. He felt down and fainted. Serin was scared a lot an innocent baby boy was injured in front of her eyes and she was helpless to him.

She cried and shouted for help, but nobody came. She picked him up in her arms, not caring for the arrow which also hit her back after a few minutes. The arrow was still on their body and the wound was bleeding very fast. As soon as she tried to walk, trembling further, she felt someone running from behind her back.

She turned back to see who is it and another arrow hit her chest, making her fall down on her knees with cavin In her arms. The anonymous thing started shooting arrows towards the sky from where the arrows were coming. The shooting of arrows stopped and everything became silent.

That anonymous person was a boy. A young tall beautiful man. His hairs were fluffy blonde straight and long up to his neck. His eyes golden brown with double eyelids, plump pink lips and sharp jawline, broad shoulders and muscular body.

He came near Serin and took Calvin in his arms. He placed him on the ground and Serin silently watched his every action. Her eyesight became blurry before she fainted away completely. He caught Serin before she could fall on the ground, hitting her back with the arrow on the ground. He pulled out the arrow from her back and chest and threw them towards the wall of the cave.

As the arrow hit the wall, it changed and burst into snowflakes. As if he threw a snowball. He softly moved his hands on the wound and spelt a magical spell.

The wound healed up quickly when he took his hands back to himself. He did the same to Cavin. Serin got her consciousness back but Calvin was still unconscious. The boy turned his face towards Serin and stood up. She barely came to his shoulders. He looked angry. He placed both hands on her shoulders and pushed her back against the wall of the cave, slamming her back against it.

"Who are you? And what are you doing here?", he began yelling at her with a groan.

"First of all how you came to know I'm not from here? And how you healed up? And yes I know I came in this place, but what's there to shout on me? It's not my mistake that I came here. I want to know too about how I came here and why I came. I want to go back to my home", she yelled back.

As soon as they finished, they heard something moving near the bushes, out of the cave. They both turned their gaze to find out what was it. He loosens his grip around her shoulders and turned towards the bushes which were out of the cave. He said serin to stay behind him and follow him.

He waved his another hand in the air and a big sword came into his hands. It was the real magic she was watching through her eyes. The sword was shiny beautiful with three Emerald stuck on it. He took slow light steps further and whispered Serin to pick up Cavin in her arms. She picked him up and they began walking again, taking slow steps.

The bushes started moving more and more. He tightened his grip around the sword and went near it. He was very courageous, brave and strong. His eyes became more dark and sharp as he went nearer and nearer.

When they finally reached near it, they saw a light grey furr wolf, lying behind the bushes. He was hit with an arrow too and blood was flowing through his chest and mouth. The boy sighed and sat down, he moved his hands on his wound and spelt a few words which were spells.

The wound healed when he took back his hands, and the wolf came back into its senses. Serin watched everything with wide eyes and was shocked to see how it regained its consciousness and Calvin didn't. The wolf stood up and bowed at him.

"Can I know what are you doing here?", the boy asked clenching his jaw.

"I- I'm sorry, I don't want to leave you alone even after knowing that the winter has come", the wolf replied calmy with an apology.

The boy rolled up his eyes and stood up looking at Serin. He holds her hands and pulled her with him inside the dark forest. The wolf followed them too from behind.

Serin tried to escape from his grip and asked him where he was taking them to, and why Calvin was not regaining his consciousness, but he didn't answer her. Instead, his grip on her hands tightened more.

He only answered her that she should obey him with respect because he is the prince. Prince Damen. Prince who was chosen by Artemis and alive for the past 200 years. Prince who didn't age and is the oldest citizen of Artemis.
