Pursuit

The scene shifted to a bio lab within the confines of Jackson Enterprise. The lab was empty, devoid of any personnel as everyone had long left for the day. In the silence, Seifer stealthily infiltrated the lab, his movements careful and calculated. He was on a mission, searching for something of great importance.

After a few minutes of meticulous searching, Seifer's persistence paid off. He found what he was looking for—a set of DNA plug-in samples. Holding the samples in his hands, he muttered to himself, "With these DNA samples, the truth behind the ZGene DNA plug-in project will finally be revealed."

A voice suddenly echoed from outside the door of the lab, shattering the silence. "Do you think it's that easy?"

Seifer's eyes widened in surprise. "Who's there?"

Stepping forward from the shadows, Ethan emerged. His expression was resolute as he declared, "Someone who will make you disappear from this world."

Seifer's face contorted with anger. "Fuck!"

In an instant, Seifer drew his laser sword, its brilliant green glow illuminating the room. With a swift motion, he lunged towards Ethan, engaging him in a fierce duel. The clash of their swords reverberated through the lab as sparks flew with each strike. Both combatants displayed exceptional skill, neither willing to yield an inch.

Seifer's green laser sword clashed against Ethan's blue laser sword with equal ferocity. Their movements were fluid and precise, each anticipating the other's strikes. The battle raged on, their skills matched in a deadly dance.

However, seizing a momentary advantage, Seifer found an opportunity to escape. He swiftly disengaged from the duel and made a hasty retreat from the bio lab, fleeing through the corridors of the office building. The commotion had attracted the attention of security soldiers, who perceived both Seifer and Ethan as intruders.

Ethan's mission was strictly confidential, and the security soldiers, unaware of his true purpose, attempted to impede his pursuit. Forced to defend himself, Ethan engaged in combat with the soldiers, defeating them one by one to continue his chase.

As he ascended several floors, following Seifer's trail, Ethan eventually tracked him down to a room. Bursting through the door, Ethan confronted Seifer, determination etched on his face.

"Seifer, I don't think you can escape anymore this time," Ethan declared, his voice filled with conviction.

Seifer, standing near a window, smirked. "I am impressed, Eye of Darkness. However, it's time to say goodbye." With those words, Seifer leaped out of the window into the abyss below.

"Bastard!" Ethan cursed under his breath. Rushing towards the window, he peered down to assess the distance—it was approximately three floors. After a moment of hesitation, Ethan made a bold decision. He would not let Seifer slip away. Gathering his resolve, he jumped out of the window, determined to continue the pursuit.

On the ground, amidst the bustling city, Ethan relentlessly pursued Seifer through the labyrinthine streets, their chase leading them further into the unknown.
