Part 1

Amanda's POV

My name is Amanda King . I am from the Starlight pack . My mother died when I was 6 years old and ever since that day I have been worked like a slave and beaten by the pack members . The alpha of the pack is the son of my mothers bestfriend and they think I am the reason she is dead. I am currently Laying on the hard bed, I've been trying to get some sleep but The bed is too hard and the brusied hurt when I move. I heard the door burst open and I know whats going to happen another beating . " Get up you piece of shit " Theo yelled at me , I flinched thinking he was gonna hit me but it never came. I got out of bed instantly . " I want this house clean by the time I am back , I have someone important coming and I don't need them to see the house dirty. " He spit in my face, I nod not wanting to speak " I said something to you I expect you to answer bitch" He yelled while slapping me in the face. I started to sob quietly " Do you wnderstand Amanda ?" He asked looking at me coldly " Yes, Alpha " I said through my sobs " He said and turn to leave . When he was out the room the tears didn't stop, they just flowed harder. Why was my life so fucked up ? Why did my mom have to die? Why did my father disown me? As I questioned myself the harder I cried . I hate myself so much.

I finally dragged myself out the room to start the cleanning . I started with the living room , then travel to the kitchen the the guest bedroom then finally the office. I know better than to search his office for the last time I did it , I was beaten really bad that I couldn't walk for a week . I clean the office very carfully . When I finsh clean I took a shower and then when to the garden for a walk . I sat down on the bench and was getting some fresh air when an amazing scent hit my nose , It smelt like vanilla with strawberries , and the scent was getting stronger and stronger. I stood up , I was about to return to the house when I was pulled around and my eyes locked with with the most beautiful set of blue eyes . I felt the sparks and I know he is feeling them too. And I feared the worse thing . He said only one word " Mate " I opened my mouth to say something when I heard Alpha Theo's voice , I took off running . I just found my mate and I ran away from him because of Theo.
