“I’m very sorry for inviting you here when nothing is ready…” I mumbled an apology to the prince after hanging up.
Thankfully the person who had answered the call was none of other than Salena. I knew that I could trust her to bring everything that I needed and that she should be here in no time at all. I hoped that she wouldn’t ask me too many questions afterwards because I wasn’t sure what I would tell her about suddenly cooking for the prince in my room like this.
“It’s fine. I’m not yet hungry so you can take your time,” Prince Leonard replied casually.
“Umm…you should take a seat while you wait…” I quickly suggested.
