Mona rushed into Sarah's room and found her with so many tissues on the floor. Her eyes are now looking red and puffy.

Without a word, Mona went to her friend and gave her a hug which made Sarah sob more.

I was just mortified at the whole situation, I didn't know what to say to make her feel better.
