One year later.
“Hurry up, Alohi. We’ll be late.”
Feeding his son with a bottle, Nathaniel repeated this line for the third time in fifteen minutes. Alohi peeped through the door and shot back at him.
“I am changing Axel and Anthony’s clothes, feed Aiden and bring him to me. We are boarding our private jet, there’s no issue in being late.”
Hearing his mom’s voice, baby Aiden looked up and started crying. Nathaniel rushed to his room and handed him to his mate.
“Aiden managed to stay away from you for twenty minutes. It’s a progress.”
“It could be half an hour if you could control your reminder alarm.”
Alohi scowled and started changing her baby’s clothes, her dream of stretching her arms for a while went straight to hell.
“I’ll ask the nanny to help you.”
Nathaniel guessed his mate’s deadly intentions from their intense eye contact and chickened out of the room. Despite his estimate of being late for almost two hours, they reached the capital on time.
