Be foreign or national, their culture and product must be shared through an agreement. As a part of mandate on diplomacy and trade, the Filipinos must practice such act, trading ideas, studies and researches abroad is the only way of Modernization. In response to trade, the Filipinos will be able to gather new practices and ideology which will help them to realize their differences to the other countries. Such way, diplomacy and trade will be practiced.

Section 3. Literature. As a part of diplomacy the country should recognized its own differences to the other country. Diplomacy is an act of trade between different cultures and nation. There is no other way to share such knowledge but through the process of literature. The hand writing authors creating books and sharing knowledge is the key to diplomacy. Country on the other part of the world loves to hear and listen more on literature. They love to read and comprehend more new ideas. Using it is the main key of diplomacy.
