The guy on his smart armchair then did start to do his work. What is a smart armchair, the previous time and era of old folks was finally covered by the passage of time. In life, those country who do not posses progress and development will always remain as a stagnant and uncivilised place. Thanks to the modern time, such arm chair is created. "Article two. Family. Section one, Filipino citizen must not be deprived of its home and houses. As a family, a Filipino family must have its well built houses for they are contributing on the government because of taxes. The government shall fulfill this needs as a basic necessity for any family in the philippines." Then the hands did starts to touch the touch panel on the smart armchair. Such panel then did send data on its logic board and it gives command on its central processing unit. Such armchair is created as a modernized thing and as a sign of progress in the philippines. Then it says "Section 2. Food". "The government of the philippines must ensure that every family living on it must be provided with food for it is a must on every stronghold. Hunger and deprivation of food must be considered as horrible government failure and every one who is involve on it must be punished with a strong and resolute justice, for it is a crime."

Section 3. Water .The government shall not deprived the family of any Filipinos be gathering water on nearby and fresh valleys and creeks. They must always give the Filipino family a well and processed drinkeable water. The author then did halt his writing session and he said to himself " This is no longer an era of medieval ages and caveman. Any Filipino family must be given its free drinkable water and not be charge of it. We mountain folks have lived such lifestyle, gathering water on nearby river and creeks. The difference of water from the creeks and river goes like this. The water from the river and creeks looks dirty muddy and yellowish in grandeur yet tasted sweet at the same time. I don't want to encounter such things again. I don't want to taste same water again. For what reason are we paying on your products and you charge us of taxes and you deprived us of mere water.". Then he started to write on his smart armchair. "Section 4. Electricity. The government shall ensure that the electricity of every household must be for free, it should and always and always be a needs in modernized country. Failure of giving such needs is a sign of neglect in the government side.

Section 5. Work. The government shall ensure the availability of work to any family in the philippines. Family must not be deprived of its work, for it is their only means to provide for their own needs. Family should be given a chance of creating their own professions and must always be given a work. Any country who does not provide work in any other Filipino family is a shame to what civilisation is.".
