First day at seidou.

"Pitchers: hideaki tojo, tadashi kaneda."

"Catcher's: koishikawa ,reyo"

4 freshmens name were called up 

Serious and Little nervous they walk into pitcher/catcher position in the bullpen 

" Pitcher shows what he best at and catcher catchs it"

Assistant coach briefly said the test rule and announced the start.

They started thier respective performance but in the eyes of assistant coach their performance is quite ordinary 

" Are theses ball what all your good right?"

Assistant coach said casually.

Two pitchers nodded thier head knowing that thier pitching was ordinary in thier eyes

Assistant coachs wrote something on thier book and said

Sawamura take his pitching position 

Catcher " ah I can't se" suddenly straight white line appeared catcher got nervous and moved his mitt subconsciously

Ball got hit at the sharp edge of the mitt than bounced of the ground , why it hit the at the edge of the mitt because catcher subconsciously moved it

Again the same result

Than he pitched at every corner, after pitching 8 pitchs assistant coach told to stop 

" It's better to stop now I saw everything"

Assistant coach said 

"What was the velocity of his pitches"

Assistant coach asked other staff.

"He started with 136km/h for first 2 pitchs than next 3 pitches were 137km/h and last 3 pitches were at 138km/h"

Assistant coach was surprised after hearing this

Assistant coach thought " I thought those pitches were a 140km/h but it's seems it was just illusion created by his pitching form where you can't see his throwing hand it feels faster pitch for catcher and batter and he can throw those fastball with perfect accuracy if he can throw like this in real match than it will be crazy, and Furuya too if he just can pitch it in strike zone, this year we got two fantastic first year pitchers if they can hone thier talent further and make it to thier strength than seido's problem of pitchers can be solved… and we might able to get an true ace !"

Assistant coach took a big breath and thought. " I can't keep my hope up yet afterall there are many factors to take in and to Fully show thier potential only they can do, I will just write everything on the report and give it to coach kataoka he will handle from here on" 

Freshmens in surrounding was as suprised as assistant coach with his speed and ability to paint the corners of the strike zone , his speed is not monstrous as Furuya but still faster than a average High school pitcher.

Tojo face was quite solemn after seeing two pitchers he never saw and heard are shining brightly in front of him. 

Ability checking test finally came to an end, the morning training came to end the usual three bowls of rice at noon eijun is the only one in first year can eat while 

This made haruichi show can envious look then he looked at the first bowl of rice in front of him, and felt like vomiting basically everyone in first year were like this, it's hard to eat this much. 

So this led eijun to be centre of attention of everyone in first year.

If you look at him, he has quite toned body for a first year, every part was balanced quickly toned without much mass that indicates how much did he trained before High school. It impressed everyone

After noon…

In the evening after days training is over.

Evening time basically belongs to players independent training, at this point of time coaching staff won't arrange any mandatory training items for players

"Well kariba aren't you a catcher? I want to form a battery with you in practice"
