Chapter 13

She peered up at a man with dark hair and beautiful eyes. He wore an all-black suit with a silver toned button down beneath. His shirt was unbuttoned slightly at the top, showing off his muscular chest. Her cheeks flushed as she realized who it was. He smirked at her and immediately pulled her into a waltz.

He spun them in a circle and dipped her back by holding her by the small of her back with one hand, while her other hand was in his. "You look absolutely stunning this evening." He took her around the room.

"Then- thank you, Adam." Olivia blushed deeper as he dipped her back again, raising her leg to his waist. Her dress slid up her thigh and she felt her heart flutter.

Adam smiled at her and tipped her back as the song ended. "Care to get a drink at the bar with me?"

"S-sure. I'd love to." Olivia smiled as he stood her up straight by pulling her against his body.

He put her arm in the crook of his elbow and walked her over to the bar.
