Sneaky strategy at play
Zian returned to Yosep with a man, Dion, one of his teammates in the boy band.
Joseph immediately ordered the two guests to enter the clinic, asking Dion to enter the examination room.

It's not clear who Zian is talking to, while Yosep is busy preparing the necessary medical equipment, it's a holiday, his mother doesn't open a clinic, and this medical clinic is for pregnant women, but-- can't explain why Zian and Dion are here now, but Yosep is a general practitioner, he can give first aid to Dion.
