She is back

Our miracle baby made mother move her closed eyes just with her touch and everyone is extremely shocked at that.

Though, we have accepted that, she is a miracle baby; it is hard to believe she could made mother move her eyes !

She placed her palm on mother's cheek and closed her eyes for a while and...

" Mother ! "

Ethan screamed in excitement.

She opened eyes and looked at him ! Did my baby did a magic spell and bring Mother back ?

She slowly looked at my baby who is laying on her chest and smiled at her. Before she could touch my baby, Kevin picked her up in his arms, close to his heart and moved away from her.

" Mother, you are back ! "

Ethan chimed and rushed to hug her tightly.

She hugged him back, tears in her eyes. She was comforting him and reached her hand for Kevin to come to her but he turned his back on her.

I felt very bad for her. She then looked at me and I smiled at her.

She called me close to her. I went to her and she hugged me too. I couldn't control my tears and started crying.

It's been a while I lost my parents and now as she hugged me, it reminded me my mom's hug !

She comforted me as well.

" I missed you so much mother ! "

Ethan said tightening his hold on her.

" I missed you too my sweet child ! "

She said in her magically sweet and hypnotizing voice and kissed his forehead.

Her voice is like magic. I have never heard a voice like this before. So sweet and hypnotizing, I just want to listen her speak.

" Kevin, aren't you happy to see me awake ? "

Mother asked sitting on the bed as, she was laying till now.

" Why would I be happy ? What have you done to make me feel happy to see you awake ? Anything in particular, Mother ? "

He replied with venom in his words and ice in his voice.

I again felt bad for mother. Her face fell at his words. She looked down in defeat.

Ethan put his hand on her shoulder and tried to make her feel better.

" Mother, have you met your grandchild ? "

I asked her changing the topic and making the atmosphere light.

" Oh, yes. She is such a sweet little thing. I have been adoring her even before she was born. "

She said and our baby chimed and gave her grandma a sweet and big smile.

Mother reached her hands for her and she jumped in Kevin's arms to go to her, but Kevin didn't let her.

She tried and tried to get out of his arms but he pulled her hard to his heart.

She tried once again and he still didn't let her go so, she started crying looking at me.

" Kevin... "

I tried to talk to him but he didn't let me finish.

" Stay out of it, love. I don't trust her with my flesh and blood ! "

Kevin said pressing her more close to his heart.

" I am sorry, YOUR flesh and blood ? "

Mother asked confused.

She can ! If, she is interacting with her since she was in my womb then, she can definitely know what is going on in her home, afterall she is an original witch !

Mother smirked and was about to say something when, Ethan stopped her.

" Mother, let's forget about it. You know how he is. And Kevin, she is my daughter as well. Even I have the right the decide it. Let mother hold her ! "

Ethan said but Kevin turned into a possessive father.

" I don't think so, brother. She is biologically MINE ! "

Kevin said getting possessive.

Oh god, he needs to stop saying that ! I am not so sure how long Ethan is gonna endure him claiming her his !

And if, he told the truth I don't know what's Kevin is gonna do ?

I said reaching my hands for her.
