Chapter 59: Walk through the Kingdom.

*CRUNCH!!*

Sound of breaking bones echoed in the area followed by the sound of a woman screaming.

"AAHHHH!!!!"

Blood splattered on the face of a young boy as he crushed the arm of the woman in front of him. She looked at him with pleading eyes which were covered by her disheveled hair. She coughed up blood and started pleading for her life.

"Please I beg of you, You can use my body as you please. Just leave me alive, Please Don't kill m-"

Before she could finish her sentence she saw that the boy was no longer in front of him.

'No he did not move, I am just looking in the wrong direction. This is how I di-'

With that thought she realized her head was twisted 180 degrees backwards. Looking at the disappointed faces of the people boong at the boy for not raping her. She died cursing the whole kingdom to die.

"BOO!! What a waste of such a beauty."

Ignoring the comments of the crowd Gerald came off the stage and walked towards the resting area. His eyes remained cold and unwavering from the time he walked up on the stage.

People participating were provided with lodging inside the arena itself. It was because, someone doesn't run away in fear of death.

In the Audience two silhouettes covered in black cloaks looked at the leaving figure of the boy and they also moved to walk out of the arena.

During the golden hour, the kingdom was bustling with the noses of sellers and several mothers chasing behind their kids. There was harmony and warmth in the atmosphere and a stark contrast of monstrosity happening in the arena.

One of the kids running slammed into one of the two cloaked figures walking in the opposite direction.

The kid fell on the ground. The girl moved his head to look up, his eyes brimming with tears but when his eyes came in contact with pearl-like white orbs looking back at him. He was stunned.

"Beautiful~" 

The little girl murmured, mesmerized by the eyes of the mysterious person whose face was covered with a mask. She could only see the eyes from the gap in it.

Soon the mother of the girl caught up to her and seeing the figures of people covered in expensive looking robes she hurriedly bowed in front of them while speaking in a trembling voice.

"I apologize for my daughter's rudeness, I hope you forgive her." 

The crowd started to gather around them which seemed to annoy the two figures.

" No need to be worried about it. If you would excuse us."

The mother of the girl was stunned hearing a cold yet soothing male voice replying to her. The little girl's eyes were shining with stars.

Looking at the leaving figure of the duo she spoke up something that caused their movements to come to a halt.

"Please marry me!! Mister"

She exclaimed out loudly with her voice filled with determination. Her words not only surprised the duo but also the people in the surroundings. The atmosphere turned tense as a dark aura started releasing from one of the figures.

The mother of the girl started to tremble in fear. She was about to beg for mercy before the same voice spoke up once again.

"Sorry but I have someone I will marry in the future."

The atmosphere which turned cold and sharp instantly returned to the previous warm state as the crowd looked at the figure which released the dark aura in amazement.

The aura was nowhere to be seen as if it was never there in the first place.

The girl looked a little sad and the mother sighed in relief. The relief vanished in an instant when the girl chose to speak up once again.

"I am willing to be your concubine, but please marry me?"

The figure moved his white eyes to look in the eyes of the mother kneeling in front of him. Understanding his meaning she picked up the girl while covering her mouth ignoring all of her protests.

" I will take my leave, Please forgive her Mouth. I will make sure to teach her properly."

After saying that she hurriedly ran back to her home in fear of them changing their mind.

'No need to release such a killing intent for a mere child.'

Luna heard Keiran's voice as they made their way back to the castle.

'Not even a child can think of having you. Only I can have you, no one else.'

Keiran chuckled at her reply but Luna could feel he was happy healing her words.

'No need to worry, I think she will get over it soon. She is a kid after all, she might even forget that we even.'

What he did not know was how wrong he would be and another girl would be infuriated with him to even dive in to face just to have his attention but that is a story for different times.

Keiran looked at the silent Luna and decided to change the topic.

'Were you okay with coming here? I could have done it alone and sent you the details with our link.'

Luna sighed and held his hand as they continued to walk forward.

' I was fine beside we need to see how he uses his body strengthening technique so we can gain some hints on how to use it.'

Feeling the reassurance from her, Keiran sighed and looked at his hands which were glowing. If someone else saw this, they would have been shocked to their core.

Keiran was currently using a body strengthening skill that should have been impossible, because people can only use one elemental skill.

There has not been a single soul that can use two different skills of two different elements.

'No need to think much, I will always be by your side, no matter where you go. Not just the light, with you I want to travel in the dark as well.'

Keiran smiled, holding her hand tightly he looked forward as they continued to walk ahead.
