Ch-2 System

Aku scanned the blue screen infront of him but decided that it was better to search for a warm blanket first.

Ignoring the system he got up and made his way towards the end of room.

'If I have to put something rich...then it should be inside this.'

Aku was standing infront of a small closet. The closet was also worn down. He grabbed the handle and slowly opened the door.

The door opened with a shrill sound.

'I was right'

In the closet a green blanket was placed beside some clothes.

Wrapping the blanket around his or now her small body he moved towards the mirror.

'The blanket is definitely in good condition even then she was not using this, probably because of fear.'

Aku was not afraid. why should he afraid of normal human?

Even if his body is small he can easily defeat a normal adult without fighting experience.

He signed.

He looked at the memories receiving question on the system screen and finally clicked 'yes'.

Watching someone else memories is strange thing.

Aku thought,

'This proves my conscience is changed not my body's brain.'

According to him, The brain and mind are two different things. Mind is your thought process while brain is where it is stored. of course, without brain mind is nothing and without mind brain is just empty Storage.

Aku was seeing the girls memories as If he is watching movie in threater alone.

Memories did not merge into his mind, which he is thankful.

Hours passed by.

"Grh"

'God damn. I am hungry'

Alu still hasn't completed scanning the girl's memory but now's basic situation.

The girl was the youngest daughter in a poor household and because of poor household she was neglected. Neglected was light word.

The girl did not have name.

In truth, the girl did not exist on the family.

It was truth.

Aku felt sad because of this.

He hatred this feeling.

Closing his eyes and planning.

He could easily ignore the hungry feeling. It was going to be morning and the family members are going to return.

The girl's 'family' consists of dad, mother, two older sister and a older brother.

Her 'dad' works in a family restaurant. While his mother workes in bar.

They all live in three individual rented room.

This is one of them and according to memories best of them.

'Population control and poor can never go hand to hand.'

Aku still tried to joke in this situation.

But failed miserably.

Aku then stared at system screen and said.

"What can you provide me with?"

[System] thought his host brain has broken down.

what happened to his language speaking skills?

[I can provide hoat support]

Aku raised his small eyebrow and said,"Explain".

It was clear Aku was trying to his best to sound intermediating but with his loli voice and size...He just looked like angry kitty.

[ I will help you reach the peak of the career you choose.]

"Ok"

Aku was little disappointed as system did not provide him with superpowers.

He wanted to be the next homelander.

"Show me the option from which I have to choose."

[System] thought Aku's speaking style was one of the weirdest he has ever seen.

[System] knew it would be irritating and did not speak in his mind. Instead of praise he was told to shut up.

"Looking at he least I can tell most of this names are related to frame and happily none of them till now is inappropriate."

Aku was paying his full attention to the list. Nothing was wrong with it.

Some were dangerous jobes like firefighter, assassin.

"Shhhh....I know what to choose."

for the first time system wanted to curse.

"I choose..... First system play dramatic music in my ear."

[System] had no choice but played random music.

The music played was 'Had' by lil pump.

How can this system play the worst song Aku has ever listen to?

"...Are you trying pick a fight?"

[ It was a blunder. I sincerely apologize.]

"Then play interstellar theme."

[System had no choice. but to obey.]
