Chapter 32: Retreat
The remembrance of his first time flying on a plane brought goosebumps onto Andrew’s skin. He had conveniently forgotten to mention the fact that he was afraid of flying to Ivy.
He knew that they would be using her private jet to get to the resort, but that knowledge did nothing to calm his nerves.
Gazing at the colossal, purple, monstrosity, his eyes bulged out of their sockets like a cannon firing. His face paled with fear. He hadn’t expected the jet to be this massive. He had always assumed that a private jet was small and compact, but the aircraft in front of him was never to be called small.
“Are you okay?” Jane asked him as they made their way towards the jet. Andrew could feel beads of sweat begin to form on his forehead. He wasn’t even on the plane yet and already a voice in his head kept telling him that he was about to die.
“Are you sure this is safe?” Andrew asked eyeing the aircraft suspiciously.
