CHAPTER 11

　　"Why do you still eat like a kid? You have breadcrumbs on your mouth" He said, taking me aback as I checked my mouth on the rear view mirror to be sure he wasn't teasing me or something but he was right! I had milk and breadcrumbs in my mouth, I sighed as I dipped my hand into my bag bringing out my handkerchief and gently dabbed the crumbs off.

　　"Thank you…" I mumbled which he ignored, focused on the driveway, the drive was crazily quiet only the noise from the traffic could be heard, I looked out through the closed window trying to entertain myself but it wasn't working! Edde didn't help at all, he didn't bother playing music in the stereo system and I dare not ask him to.

　　An idea struck my head as I took out my phone. I hadn't texted Mel about how the pizza palace was going and this boring situation turned out to be the best time to chat with her.

　　"Mel what's up?…" I texted waiting for her reply but she didn't reply for minutes… Well she is definitely busy right now.
