Going Forward

Hi, my wonderful, wonderful readers.

It has been nearly three full months since I last posted and for that I am sorry, I am very very sorry. Around December I decided to take a break for a little bit because of the upcoming holidays and I did exactly that, only things changed when we got into January of the new year.

My Aunt had died and so I had to attend the funeral and spend time with family and so I had no time for writing as it really was not a priority in my mind at this time, unfortunately, I was infected with covid at the funeral and so I was sick after that for a while and due to all these things I was unable to work. Not working meant I was not earning money and so after all this was dealt with I dived straight into work whenever I was not at college working more than I had before and only recently have I stopped working so hard as I helped out with the finances and managed to get back in the black, now I can take a moment and focus on my college work and also get back to writing.

The only problem is that after so long I can no longer continue with Swallowing The Spider as I have lost my thought process and hit a wall, it was difficult while I was writing it as well as this was my first fanfiction and I think I took on more than I could handle, I also think I handled it poorly as I'm sure there was a better way to structure the story but also it was hard to keep track of everything and keep writing by the seat of my pants and constantly going over everything to make sure it all made sense both in the AT and the BT as that is the past and the future and if something is done in BT then that affects AT and if the MC has knowledge in AT or mentions something then I have to make sure he has a correlating experience in BT and it all got very confusing, especially for my first-time fanfiction.

Therefore it is with a heavy heart that I decide to bring Swallowing The Spider to an end, this was my baby and my first foray into writing but it will definitely not be my last, this has sparked the light within me and set my creative juices flowing and I have many ideas that are just bursting to come out. This time I will be pacing myself more and give myself more time to write so that I can produce work that I am proud and happy of unlike the work I was doing towards the end of Swallowing The Spider that was rushed and on a deadline, but I also want to write more than just one fanfiction and so I have made a decision.

I will be making a Marvel Fanfiction, a Harry Potter Fanfiction and a One Piece Fanfiction and each chapter will be around 4 to 5 thousand words with them hopefully being on at least 4 thousand words, I will be posting them mainly on Fanfiction.Net under the same name and also posting the chapters split up on Webnovel and I will be posting a chapter every 4 days in rotation meaning each fanfiction will be updated every 12 days.

Of course, this schedule will be different for patrons with there now being different tiers for different rates of release because i will be doing the Patreon thing properly from now on, I want to turn this into something that can provide for me and my family while also doing something that I love.

FOR MY CURRENT PATRONS, I thank you for supporting me throughout these months of inactivity but I will be starting back up in April at the very latest so while I would appreciate your continued support please be aware there will be nothing posted until April, during this ongoing period of inactivity I will be restructuring my Patreon and begin to write my stories and flesh out the plot.
