Another day began, and Theo woke up happy, as he knew that today he would level up in addition to getting lots of resources. He prepared himself and left his house, then recruited, and as if God or whatever entity ruled this game had heard his prayer, he actually gained a new ranger, and a new warrior.
This new unit could occupy the empty watchtower he built yesterday, so the security of his camp would greatly increase. After confirming the positioning of this unit, Theo headed to the area where the resources and bodies of the goblins from the village attacked yesterday were located.
Getting closer, Theo saw that there were a lot of bodies, but he still didn't want to see his notifications, he wanted to know how much it earned him before stopping and allocating his earned points.
He obtained 100 stones and 50 logs, as well as food such as meat and fruits. He also got a rusty rapier-style sword that he placed on his belt. Starting to collect the bodies, he also obtained some leather armor that, if he managed to get rid of it without damaging it, could be reused to create armor for him and his skeletons.
This village was bigger than the previous one and had 2 goblin mages, so he got 2 more staffs, which he quickly inspected. They were identical to the one he had, so they could be disassembled or even sold in the trade section.
But as soon as he looked to the side, a new idea came to him because he saw Copper standing next to him eating a banana. His idea was to place these energy stones that had an affinity with the Earth element in the plantations to perhaps speed them up.
Doing the test, he broke the staffs by removing the stones, then came close to the plantations and focused his gaze on one.
[Planting Field]
[Suitable for small plants or vegetables. Total ripening time for plantations: 30 days.]
[Requirements for improvement: 20 logs, 1 energy stone.]
[Reduction in total ripening time of 5 days.]
To his delight, the requirements for improvement corresponded with his plan, he had built 2 fields and would use a stone in each. A reduction of 5 days may seem very little, but when you consider that the stones had an affinity with the Earth element this could increase the number of days reduced.
Theo removed the logs he hadn't sold from his inventory and used one of the stones that came from the staffs to carry out the improvement.
[Planting Field 2]
[Suitable for small and medium-sized plants or vegetables. Total ripening time for plantations: 22 days.]
[Requirements for improvement: 50 logs, 10 stones, and 5 energy stones.]
[Reduction in total ripening time by 10 days.]
The staff stone reduced the ripening time of plantations by a total of 8 days, in addition to now being able to place medium-sized plants. With one more improvement, perhaps he would reach large plants, where Theo imagined trees should be cataloged.
Having done this in the 2 fields, he returned to collecting the goblin bodies while their skeletons were cutting down trees for sale. They would spend all morning doing this, resting for an hour in the mausoleum before heading out to attack the nearest kobold village.
When he was finished with the bodies, Theo had 120 energy stones that came from the goblins. The requirement for his military building to level up was 200 stones, so only after the attack on the kobold village would he have enough to improve it. But he wasn't too worried about that, according to information from Amethyst his units had enough strength to win.
Now was the time to see his experience gains and find out if he had managed to climb more than one level.

[Congratulations, player, you have reached level 10 and unlocked the class change quest. Do you want to start your class quest?]
[Yes] [No]
That was the message Theo received from the system when he finished allocating his attribute points.
Theo wanted to become a mage, but he didn't know if that option would be available, yet he chose yes.
[Select one of the classes indicated for you.]
[Lumberjack]
[Mayor]
[Mage]
[Tamer]
The classes had no description, making it difficult for Theo to choose, as he was in doubt when he saw the mayor class, this would certainly bring bonuses for the construction of a city or a reduction in the necessary construction materials. In the end, without knowing what she did, he decided to choose the wizard class.
Then another message appeared, but this was a quest.
[Class Quest(Mage)]
[Learn a new spell.]
[Kill 20 enemies using magic.]
[Use all your MANA two days in a row.]
With these simple requirements, Theo was sure he could complete everything by tomorrow. The most complicated thing would be the new magic, but he could try to learn the staff's 'Stone Bullet' magic on his own.
He called Amethyst and told her that he would go with them to the kobold village to complete part of their quest. After listening to all of Theo's plans, she told him that she could take him, but he would have to listen to her commands, and she would protect him from anything that got too close.
Knowing that he wasn't the strongest or even the most experienced in combat, he didn't dare disagree with his orders, being protected by Amethyst would be great since she was an expert in assassination. With that, he decided to take a break to create something for his partner, Copper.
In the crafting section, there was a spear that he could make using a log, and so he made it, but it was too big for him. For now, so Theo cut it with an ax, making it the right size for his little friend to use. He would go along and stay close by killing some of the kobolds that would be brought in barely alive, so he could gain experience.
