Survival Evolved: Incarnation

*ALL CHAPTERS ARE FREE* With little to no explanation for their wiped memory, several survivors, referred to as Arkians, wake up on a beach on what seems to be Earth. These survivors have many differences, but the most defining one is Sky; The one with a White Stone on the back of his left hand. What kind of journey will Sky undergo because of this White Stone? Survival Evolved is meant to take place through the eyes of a teenage boy (mainly), meaning that some things he doesn't pick up on or connect in his mind are done ON PURPOSE. 2. Survival Evolved often describes gore/wounds in a gruesome way. There are many scenes in which slavery, human trafficking, or torture are talked about, so read with caution!

Avie Asterio

"Hello? Are you still awake in there? Oh, God... I think I accidentally broke him. So much for that Incarnation, right?" Avie asked.

She slammed her foot into the ground and repaired the charred flesh and broken bones with her strands, before turning her head up toward a building. I followed her line of sight and saw two people on top of a building that was half destroyed, looking in complete horror at Avie.

"Zeka and... Austin? Hey, you guys don't want to come to get Cole to repair him? He's pretty dead right now, and he only has about three minutes until he dies without oxygen. I would love for you to come to take him." Avie said. She rose her arms up in a fighting stance and smiled.

"So... you're Avie? You are pretty scary..." Austin commented.

Before I could even see where she went, Avie appeared behind Austin and nodded.

"I'm pretty fast too." She said.

Her arm disintegrated as she moved it to punch Austin in the back of the head.

Austin was thrown through a building and landed right next to Cole.

While I was following his body, Zeka was thrown into the pile of bodies as well with a missing arm and a caved-in chest, and Avie redirected her attention.

"While I'm at it, I should just get rid of Quake altogether, shouldn't I?" Avie asked with a sinister smile.

"This feels so good! Hey, Zeka, can you hear me? This is so nice! This entire time, I've been forced to watch disgusting fucking people like you take advantage of Master... and now, I'm here, and you're there! I can kill you in one swipe, and you're there to beg for your life without anybody coming to help you!" Avie crouched down by Zeka after traveling faster than I could see from the building she originally kicked him down from.

"What... the hell... are you...?" Zeka asked, holding his chest.

"I am Sky's Wrath." She said.

Avie took a quick jab at his stomach and impaled him, along with Austin and Cole. She got up, turned her body, and launched herself at the same imperceivably fast speed into a random building about a mile away.

"Hello!" She yelled out.

She grabbed a person by the collar and threw them up in the air.

Before they could retaliate with any kind of force at all, Avie slammed her foot down into their stomach and sent them with pinpoint accuracy back into the pile of bodies she created.

"Austin... Zeka... and this new person. I think that's all of Quake in this city, right? Oh... Fico... I can sense her." Avie slightly said.

She kicked the air with broken bones and repaired them with her strands, landing right by a bubble around Fico with Illya standing right next to it.

"Oh God, I seem to have stumbled upon the trash of Earth. And, I'm not even sure who I mean... release Fico, I have unfinished business with her." Avie told Illya.

"Sorry, Fico. If you're not faster than Avie, then you won't live." Illya said with a smile.

"So, in other words, you die." Avie proclaimed.

I had noticed that Avie was extremely fast... so fast, that it almost resembled Boo's speed when she was using the powered-up Incarnation... is that Avie's base speed?

The bubble released around Fico and before she could even move, Avie slammed her foot into Fico's neck, which caused it to disfigure and launch her, again, with pinpoint accuracy into the pile of bodies.

Avie returned to the pile of bodies with that same bounce in her step and a smile on her face.

"What a threatening bunch! Look at you all. Coming to Earth to torment Master, thinking he was too weak for you, only to be humbled by me! Hehe... isn't that amusing Fico?" Avie asked her.

She was very antagonistic when fighting... I appreciated that attitude because she was saying everything I wanted to.

"Oh come on, stop with the act. I may have been asleep for four centuries, but I'm not stupid. Zeka, why don't you heal everybody and stand against me once more? At least try to put up a fight." Avie suggested, crossing her arms.

"I told you... you idiots... Avie Asterio's Awakening would be the one thing to end us all." Fico said, spitting up blood.

"That's precisely correct. And, I'd like you to remember that this isn't my body. I'm using a frail body, not meant for my speed, and I'm still whooping every single one of your asses. You're pathetic in the face of a God like me, and this truly shows it.

Avie was... a completely different person. She truly did sound like me when I was in my Wrath Mode.

Just as Avie seemed to mention, Golden Strands sprouted from the bodies of all defeated Quake members, and they rose up again, standing next to Fico, and shaking in fear just from Avie's presence.

"Your minions are afraid of me, Fico. Do you think you're faster than me? Do you want to try?" Avie asked. Her eyes sparkled with a purple coloring... a red, mixed in with a blue color. Even she had Red Eyes.

"I don't think I'm faster than you... but how about we take time to think? If Eirikr realizes I'm dead, then he'll attack this planet anyway. However... if you let us all leave, maybe we'll keep our mouths shut. Care to make a wager?" Fico asked, spreading her arms out as if she was waiting to receive a deadly blow.

Again, Avie moved forward on the ground with her arms crossed and smiled.

"I don't care who you send. Now that I'm reunited with Master, I'm not sure we can be defeated." Avie suggested.

She was right... with a base speed as fast as Boo's Incarnation, I'm not sure there was a thing I couldn't react to... but Eirikr was a formidable opponent in his own regard. Maybe I have the speed, but do I have the strength? The intelligence? The abilities?

"Don't act like that. Eirikr is still stronger than you. I'll take your comment as a willing agreement to my plan. Can I confirm that statement?" Fico asked.

I could even tell she was nervous.

"Eirikr can tell if you're dead, right? He can't tell if you're a body with its appendages cut off, so how about that comes to be our compromise? I assume your minions aren't important enough for Eirikr to care about, so I can kill them, right?" Avie asked Fico.

Nothing was being concluded...

"No, we're a package deal. If they die, I'll follow. That way, Eirikr knows about your presence." Fico said.

Avie shook her head, flicking it back.

"Then, leave. So long as I'm Awakened, you can't do anything anyway. You do realize the difference in our strength... right?" Avie asked. She turned around and only I could see her smile.
