At the sudden eruption of an almost ethereal yet corporeal pressure that threatened the very existence of reality itself, the elders and ministers still in the sky, a distance away, completely lost their ability to fly as they plummeted to the ground.
Their bodies had completely failed to maintain the Mana needed for the spell. It was as though all the Mana within their bodies had been blown away by an invisible force. Even the thick purple clouds that encased the city and froze almost all the commoners in place were also blown away.
The elders could not believe their eyes, even as they plummeted to the ground. They were so far away, yet they could feel just how potent this pressure from their Great Demon Lord was.
Even the mages that almost killed them had instantly lost their lives in front of him, much less them. Still, if this was how they met their end, then it wasn't that bad; the only problem they felt was the lives of their citizens.
