Under the command of professionals, over 3000 construction workers began to land on Misty Island, using machinery to transport various materials onto the island. The 200 security personnel, led by Captain Huang, were on alert: first, to ensure everyone's safety; second, to prevent sabotage; and third, to stop curious individuals from intruding into the newly developed land behind.
The 200 logistics personnel also started moving equipment from the cargo ships to Misty Island, setting up temporary staff dormitories on a sandy area not far from the dock. They also constructed necessary facilities such as a power station, kitchen, dining hall, shower rooms, and toilets, ensuring the living standards for the 3500 people on the island.
Initially, people used power drawn from two cruise ships. It was only after four massive diesel generators were installed and operational, supplying electricity, that they began to achieve self-sufficiency in power usage.
