The next day when he came to work, Ivy Cooper clearly seemed in a good mood, humming a tune as she walked in, dressed in eye-catching skirts.
Peter Brown glanced at the woman and his opinion of her dropped significantly. He hadn't expected her to stop at nothing to climb the ladder.
However, Peter had to admit that this woman was increasingly thriving.
"Peter, good morning!"
Ivy Cooper took the initiative to greet Peter.
"Morning to you too." Peter still displayed a diligent and responsible attitude, cleaning the office for a while.
Glancing in the direction of Reid Nelson's office desk, Ivy expressed her surprise, "Isn't Reid here yet?"
"Yes, she hasn't come to work yet today."
Ivy then looked at Peter and said, "I did hear some gossip, apparently the new leadership isn't too fond of her."
Peter gave a secret chuckle, considering the gossip to be sourced directly from the bedroom.
However, Peter didn't expose this and pretended to be shocked, "Really?"
