7. Black Dress

The last dress was a black dress with a fairly low cleavage that made the long neck up to the upper limit of Diana's smooth chest clearly visible, however, the lower part seemed closed because of the mermaid shape.

Diana immediately stepped outside to face Rifqi, who was now sitting on the couch while staring seriously at his cellphone screen.

"How do I look dear?" said Diana softly and spoiled on purpose.

Rifqi's eyes suddenly shifted to Diana, the black dress seemed to really help accentuate Diana's clean and smooth white skin. Added to the facial make-up which was deliberately made firm, bold, and elegant, it added a plus to support Diana's natural beauty.

"Perfect," said Rifqi quickly with a wide smiling face.

"It's great if you like it," said Diana cheerfully, because she wouldn't be able to change dresses again if Rifqi didn't approve of this last dress.

"Come on, let's go. We've wasted quite a lot of time just choosing your dress dear," said Rifqi quickly smiling warmly at Diana, before she stretched out one of her hands to walk out of the building together with the clothes.

"Isn't that your fault for continuing to disagree with my choice," said Diana, quickly sulking a little spoiled after Diana held Rifqi's hand that was outstretched to her.

"Come on, I know better which dress suits you dear," Rifqi said quickly, with a warm smile on her lips.

Arriving in front of the car, Rifqi immediately let go of his hand and opened the car door for Diana. Getting Rifqi's polite treatment made Diana momentarily complacent and her heart beat again.

"Thank you," Diana said curtly, getting into the car.

Not long after, Rifqi also got into the car. The car that Diana and Rifqi were riding in immediately left the parking lot and headed to where she was going.

"You're getting braver to me," said Rifqi curtly, glaring sarcastically at Diana.

Diana sighed heavily after that Diana just looked back at Rifqi, a moment ago Diana had just thought that Rifqi might still have a bit of conscience.

However, Rifqi's curt remark earlier made Diana have to rethink how evil and cunning Rifqi who was sitting next to her was.

"I'm not in the mood to argue with you Mr. President. But you should know that I really don't like being touched carelessly especially by you," Diana replied fiercely with a faint smile of disdain.

"Why? I am your husband. It's only right that I touch you and even do more than that, it's normal between us!" Rifqi retorted sternly, looking closely at Diana's face, who was now holding back her anger.

Diana smiled wryly, then she said "It's true what you just said Mr President. However, it's a shame I don't like it! please keep your limits, even though we are playing a happy couple in front of people." Diana spoke firmly, looking seriously at Rifqi's face.

Rifqi raised an eyebrow upwards, then said "I also don't expect anything more from you," said Rifqi quickly, immediately shifting his gaze to another direction.

After Rifqi's words, Diana and Rifqi no longer communicated with each other until they both arrived at a luxurious house owned by the Rifqi family.

Rifqi with great charisma immediately helped open the car door for Diana. Diana also gently welcomed Rifqi's hand while smiling sweetly at Rifqi.

Not long after, they heard the sound of footsteps approaching the two of them from inside the house.

It can be seen that now both Rifqi's biological mother and Diana have come to welcome their beloved child.

"Are you guys here yet?" Rifqi's mother said with a happy smiling face.

"We just arrived," Diana said kindly, smiling a little at her mother-in-law.

"Wow, my son-in-law is so handsome. The suit you chose suits you so well son," said Diana's mother with a face that smiled no less happily.

"Of course Ms. Anne, Diana is a caring wife! She always pays attention to whatever is good for me," Rifqi said quickly, smiling broadly at Diana before finally smiling at the two women he greatly respected in front of him now.

"Ah, so this suit is Diana's choice?" asked Anne's mother quickly, which immediately got a nod from Rifqi in the affirmative.

"Okay let's go inside, the show is about to start." Anggita's mother spoke quickly, immediately leading Diana to enter the house.

Meanwhile, between his footsteps, Rifqi and Anne's mother chatted casually and they were both enjoying themselves, until they arrived at a side yard that had been prepared for a joint dinner between the two families and the closest guests were invited to the celebration.

Anggita's mother and Anne's mother also stayed away from Rifqi and Diana because they were both busy talking to their friends and business partners.

The black color of Rifqi and Diana's clothes stood out among the people who came to the dinner celebration. Everyone wore white clothes.

"Did you deliberately choose this color for us to stand out among them?" Diana accused quickly, whispering softly next to Rifqi.

Rifqi frowned for a moment, he was the same as Diana who did not know that the people at this dinner celebration would wear white clothes mixed with bright colors. However, Rifqi did not want to be honest with Diana, he chose to lie and at the same time irritated Diana.

"Isn't it great if a newly married couple stands out among the crowd?" said Rifqi quickly, smiling smirk.

Diana closed her eyes for a moment after hearing Rifqi's words that sounded so annoying to her ears.

How can you think like that? is Rifqi out of his mind? However, instead of getting angry at Rifqi. Diana was even more determined by the fact that according to her, Rifqi was indeed a great actor.

"You are great for being an actor. Instead of doing business," Diana quipped quickly, smiling sweetly at Rifqi because Diana knew that now she and Rifqi were the objects of people's attention.

"You're wrong. I'm really good at everything!" said Rifqi arrogantly, returning Diana's smile so charmingly.

Diana sneered, she didn't like it, she also wanted to walk away from Rifqi's side. However, Rifqi unexpectedly immediately held Diana's arm.

"What is it?" Diana asked quickly, looking confused at Rifqi.

"You want to leave your husband here alone?" asked Rifqi quickly, looking seriously at Diana.

Rifqi felt that Diana was so indifferent to her in front of many people, this annoyed Rifqi because Diana did not portray the happy marriage relationship between them well.

Diana took a deep breath, then began to approach Rifqi while adjusting Rifqi's shirt collar.

"Then what should I do? To be honest, I'm sick of being around you, Mr. President," Diana explained firmly, whispering right next to Rifqi's ear.

Rifqi smiled crookedly hearing Diana's words that had so provoked him, Rifqi quickly gripped Diana's shoulders tightly with both hands.

Rifqi forced Diana to stare back into her eyes, Rifqi said "I like your honesty, Diana. However, taking care of each other's feelings is something you must always remember so that this play can run as it should!" Rifqi sneered sternly, seemingly holding back his emotions so as not to be provoked by Diana's provocative words.

Diana was silent and didn't respond to Rifqi while looking straight at Rifqi, not long after that the dinner was held. Both Diana and Rifqi were both busy dealing with the people closest to them who loved to ask questions about Rifqi and Diana's marital relationship.

Diana was forced to lie and smile sweetly to make it look very happy for the married life she had just got. Meanwhile, Rifqi was always sweet and sincere in caring for Diana in front of people, which added value to the impression of an ideal husband according to the many invited guests who attended that night.
