Silence's End
The reinforcements arrived 2 hours later, and by that time most of everything was already done. There were a few rooms where people were hiding from the assault and they were promptly captured.
People also finally arrived near Stanley's group and started making preparations to take away the man nicknamed Upgrade.
The man still asked for his own death, but that was not something he was going to get so easily. At least, Stanley assured him that he would be treated like a human once he was away from this place.
They took the man in wraps, so no one had to touch him. The man couldn't even walk as he hadn't done so in apparently over 3 years.
For 3 years, the man was tortured to watch people die one after one, outside of either his or their volition. They were brought here like cattle to be slaughtered by him to feed someone else.
