CHAPTER 2:

13 years later.....

"Hi! sis, whats up!"Raymond said softly.

(Then started shouting suddenly) "You idiot do your dishes fast. Can't you see I am expecting some friends. Just get lost from my site, you hapless, bad omen girl"

The girl, Hane was cleaning the dishes of the house. Raymond was her cousin brother. She was an orphan who was taken cared by her father's step brother(Uncle Kaka) and his family.

In his family there were his wife, son Raymond and Rayson and Hane. It was a small family but very cruel towards the girl.

Hane was 6 years old and Raymond 12. He hated her and always bullied her every time. Hane was a silent girl. She was not alloweded to talk, so she stayed as a dumb. Whenever Raymond teased her she was not even alloweded to scream or make a tiny bit of noise.

Whereas, Rayson: he was mysterious kind of boy. His presence was not known in that house at all. He just came down from his room just to have his breakfast, lunch and dinner. And on other days he just went to his school.

Hane used to follow her brothers to the school. But Raymond used to beat her so she followed Rayson. Rayson was responsible, humble and kind. He never bullied her. She kind of liked him as brother. So she followed him always.

Not only at home but at school as well she was ill treated and bullied.

She had to do her brothers and his friends class work, homework. After coming back she had to do the household works.

In this manner her life was going on.

She was beaten, ill treated, bullied and misbehaved.

Her life was miserable. But had no choice and just lived like that.

Time passed by. She grew up with her brothers. Rayson went to boarding school but she had to be with her brother Raymond; who made her life a hell.

She never spoke a word. She became a complete dumb. That's what Raymond's mom wanted. Time passed by. Hane was 16 now. Same as before cooking, cleaning and with household works like a permanent maid without salary.

One night she heard that Rayson was coming back after 10 years. She didn't have any idea about how he looked or how is he now. But she smiled. She was happy at that moment.

But she suddenly heard that they have to move her belongings and thing to some place called "kaisaka"

Hane had no idea about which place is it or where is it located.

Then she over heard that she will be sent with Rayson. She was happy at that moment because she will be with the person she like and will be away from the devil one.

Next morning it was raining as always. It was 4 am in the morning. Raymond's mother and father they were in a hurry and called Hane.

(In angry growling voice)

"Wake up you silly girl"

"Wake up fast. You always cause trouble, hapless creature, Just wake up.

Hane woke up. She cleared her eyes and saw that her uncle and aunt had lots of baggage around them.

She tried to help them but they just kicked her and said," Silly girl just grab your colthes and put you raincoat"

Hane immediately put her clothes and put on old ragged raincoat. Her aunt dragged her hand and pulled her out of their house.

Outside was an old carraige (Pulled by humans and animal looking, dirty covered with mud men. 4 of them)

Inside the carraige was a dark figure.

She got scared but had to sit. She sat opposite to the person all scared and frightened. She didn't have any idea about who that person was. She thought it might be her brother Rayson. But she didn't knew who it was.

She was taken to some place.The carriage pulling persons made sounds like horses foot, breathed like dogs, and some wings sounds were heard. She got more scared. She was with that person for some hours but didn't talked to each other. She didn't have any idea about the time. She looked out but there was only dark rainny forest everywhere.

Her heart beat was heard. She was in panic and was about to cry. But she hold her tears. Finally the carraige stopped. The door opened. The dark figured man walk down the carraige. Hane followed him. As soon as she stepped out of the carraige the door smashed and shut down. She got scared but didn't make any noise. She hadn't spoken any words since she was 6 so she had almost became a dumb.The carraige was gone. She was left with that man alone without any baggage and without any thing.

She tried to see and turned her head left to right but on both side was unmetalled road. Behind her was dense forest and infort was a big rocky mountain. She was confused, scared and worried.The man started to walk towards the mountain. She followed him. It was raining heavily. She had to walk up the mountain. She had never climbed one before and not obviously in heavy rain. She just followed the man. The man was quick. He climbed so easily but Hane had problem. She got wounded since it was raining and her ragged raincoat didn't shaved her from the rain, she was all wet and her body became heavy. So with heavy weight climbing up was difficult.

They walked almost up. She was exhausted, thirsty and tired. She finally reached the top and sat for a moment.The man went on but she had no energy. She hadn't eaten or drank anything since she wake up. and she didn't know what time was it.The man was very arrogant and didn't even pity her. She gave up and fainted.

She opened her eyes and found herself in a dark room.There were only few candles lit up. She was on a hard bed. She heard giggling sounds. Her body was in pain and she barely wake up. A lady in a dark rugged hoody came near her and gave her some liquid type food in a bowl and a glass of hot milk.

Hane was very hungry and thirsty, so she finished her food and drank quickly.

She didn't mind the taste and just ate it.

She looked at the lady and gave her a thankful smile.

The lady went with the dish and shut the door.

Hane felt dizzy and she just slept.
