Midoriya Izuku was a pretty average person. No, maybe you could have put him into above average. He was a bright guy that could comprehend things a little bit faster than his peers if he put his mind to it. The prove is his little, self-made hero encyclopedia where he wrote everything, he knew about the heroes in it.
Their strength, their weaknesses, even their habits and especially the special techniques they had. He was a pretty hardcore hero geek that dreamed to be on the same podium as them in the future.
There was just one tiny, glaring problem. He was quirkless. He had no power. He was a cripple, but most importantly. He was currently getting bullied by his bully.
Bakugou Katsuki, his former childhood friend, but they weren't really 'friends' anymore. Not with the events that happened almost a decade ago.
Izuku scoffed, it has been almost a decade since that faithful day that would change his life forever. The day children should undergo their quirk awakening, but that never happened to him. Instead he didn't awake a quirk and so he turned into 'useless Deku'.
"Hey Deku, what are you doing here on my way?"
He currently cursed his life choices, today he woke up late, so he had to take the shorter route to school. The route where he went to school.
"Nothing! I just woke up a bit too late, so I had to take this way to school, Kacchan"
That was a slip of his tongue. Katsuki hated it when someone called him by this nickname. Obviously as a result he got blasted in the face with an explosion.
It damn hurt.
He hated it, he hated his fate of being born without 'individuality', he hated how his best friend turned into his bully, he hated how he was treated like the dirt they walked on, each day.
"Hah, who allowed you to call me like that? Scratch that, who allowed you to talk back to me, useless Deku?"
He really hated it. He remembered the day where this all started. After Katsukis quirk awakened his personality turned into a sadistic one. It was obvious that at first, he as a kid, just wanted to learn more about his quirk, experiment it, test it out, see its limit. You know, just like a kid would with a new toy they got.
But that childish innocence warped fast, all because of one reason. He discovered that his quirk was a strong one, so he started bullying the kids that were weaker than him, the kids that couldn't defend themself properly.
Izuku realized how lucky he was that Katsuki didn't gun directly at him, probably because their mothers were friends, but they damn did after he tried defending one of their new victims.
And so, his hellish days started since then. That was when he was four years old, now he was thirteen, almost a decade passed without changing anything.
He could cry at his cruel fate that screwed him over and put him and his best friend at two separate sides. He could cry at the new wounds he tried to hide from his mother every day. He could cry that he lost his best friend.
Izuku tried to remember back to a day when he didn't go hurt by Katsuki and his friends, since the supposed quirk-awakening. It was difficult, almost impossible. He was pretty sure that he was in a world of pain since that day, until he remembered that particular day...
...a day where suddenly a cute girl that he could call an angel fell from the sky and fell directly on his bullies. It was an event that happened as he was four, barely a week after where his torture started. He wanted to call out to the girl, but he couldn't she already hurriedly ran away after that happened.
He chuckled and hoped that a wonder that like would happen today again. Nah, who was he kidding something like that is probably a once in a lifetime thing that could happen. It's not as if girls fall regularly from the sky, right?
Why is it suddenly so shadowy?
"Dammit, I am too late for school on my first day?"
He could hear a rather... neutral sounding voice from the sky, followed by a person directly falling on his bullies.
It was a handsome boy with shoulder-length, smooth, white hair and closed eyes. His heart skipped a beat, because this was just like the event nine years ago. Maybe this was fate.
"Uh, dammit, why did I had to fall now. Wait, whoa! There are people under me? What should I do? Wait, they have the same school uniform as me? So, they've gotta be students at my new school, right? GREAT! I just have to drag them to the school's infirmary and all is solved! Gotta hurry!"
Izuku didn't realize what happened until the mysterious boy suddenly dragged Katsuki and his friends up and straight up ran in the direction of his school. He sighed, he couldn't talk to the mysterious boy, but apparently, he was a new student at his school? So, he could probably just talk to him there...
------------------------------------------------------------------
Akane sighed, just on her way to her new school, Aldera Junior High, she just had to witness a scene of three boys ganging up on a singular victim.
Akane was already annoyed and pissed off as hell after she had to cover up her story to this green haired boy, by acting like an idiot that didn't know he was here and talking to himself. She hoped that her acting was up to the task in that moment. As for repercussions, there were none, she knocked the three boy's unconscious as she landed on them.
She sighed up once again. Her chest was restricted as hell, Akanes chest as a 13-year-old girl was rather developed, and as that she thought that binding them on top of using chest compression was a bit too much for comfort. But she simply ignored the feeling, she had worse things to worry about.
Mainly her introductions, should she go background character or new student ikemen style in there? The choice was difficult, mainly because she wants to be neither approached by a swarm of girls and get the jealous gazes of the other male in the classroom, nor did she want to be a prime target for bullying. Both sounded extremely shitty to her, and just introducing yourself normally wouldn't work. She was a damn hunk after all, she would be surprised if no one would approach her out of ulterior motives.
"Seigi-kun, stand here and wait. You can come in after I call you."
Akane nodded with a bright smile to his teacher.
"Of course, sensei!"
The teacher turned around as fast as possible. An eager Akane just had that effect.
After standing there a few minutes she could hear the teacher call her into the classroom. Good, she waited for that moment, she wanted to know if her disguise was a good as she thought. So, she entered the classroom in a casual stroll, stopping in front of the blackboard, writing 'his' name on it.
He looked around the room for a bit before introducing himself, to assess with whom he had to learn with in the future. To his surprises, he saw the green haired boy that just got bullied.
"Hello everyone. I am Seigi Arata, I changed to Aldera in the middle of the term for let's say various reasons. I hope everyone will be understanding to me, because I am the new student, but take care of me."
Arata didn't bow down just now. He had a strange gut feeling that something is going to happen. Alongside everyone else in the room.
Their gut feeling was right, the door to the classroom was opened, revealing a disgruntled Katsuki.
"Bakugou, you..."
That guy just glared at him and the teacher shrunk back. Akane scoffed at the pathetic sight that played in front of her. The teacher shrinking back by the glare of one of his students? It was a pathetic sight beyond belief. It once again showed this was a dog eat dog world where strength ruled.
But of course, the world was more complicated than that and strength isn't all. Akane only knew in this moment that the guy in front of her is probably a spoiled brat that didn't get reprimanded because his quirk was amazing. Society failing right in front of her.
But she decided to ignore that. She didn't disguise herself, just to get into trouble!
"Hey, you."
Akane turned around to the voice that called out to her. She was currently the bold ikemen Arata and not the cute, nice girl Akane.
Arata pointed at himself and looked at Katsuki with a confused look.
"Me?"
"Yes, you extra. Where you the one that fell on me this morning?"
"Oh, I guess you saw a glimpse of me when I fell."
Arata bowed down.
"I am really sorry! I was quite late and walked on the walls as a shortcut! I kind of underestimated how far I could jump and fell on you and your friends! I hope you understand it was just an accident! I even carried you all the way to the infirmary so you won't come too late for school, so could you please overlook this little accident? Hehe."
Everyone sweat dropped at the newcomer's words, Katsuki was known to have a really short fuse. 'The new guy is toast' were the words that went through everyone's head.
"Is that so."
To everyone's surprise Katsuki didn't outright assault him and just put his hands into his pant pockets before turning around, walking to his place. Everyone thought (and hoped) that was the end of it, but of course it wasn't.
Bakugou turned around and aimed for Aratas face with a punch, of course he also used his quirk during the punch. Arata just sighed seeing this. Just another arrogant prick.
He dodged his sloppy attack by taking a side step, before he put his foot in front of Katsukis legs to trip him. This should immobilize him and shut him up.
But to Aratas surprise it didn't, Katsuki stopped right in front of his legs countered with a backhand spin, again aiming for his face.
That guy had talent in fighting, he had words to back up his dreams and that's how he got so overinflated. Arata chuckled, it was too soon for Katsuki to face him. Arata just grabbed his arm in midair, pulled him closer and caught him in an elbow-choke. He won't get out of that one.
"HEY! Let me go! How dare you grab me like that! Face me like a real man and fight with me properly!"
Arata chuckled, yeah, like a real 'man'. Of course, he ignored his words and continued to choke him out for a while longer, he needs to calm down a lot after all.
Katsuki felt how his oxygen supply was slowly getting cut off.
"THAT COWARD! Using such underhanded tactics to win against me! I'll show him who the greater person is when I get out of this! I just have to wait before I am paying him back."
Where the thoughts that ran through Katsukis head, but of course Arata knew about that. It literally was visible from his face what he thought, even the entire class knew what was going on inside of him! Only a blind...
...let's scratch that.
Anyways after moments of a flailing murderous explosion maniac he unsurprisingly started to calm down. To the elation of Katsuki, Arata softened the choke again...
...just to tighten it again. Katsuki panicked in this moment, if this continued on like this, he would lose consciousness for real! So, he started to elbow back into the stomach of the person that is holding him. But it was hard, after all his explosions mainly come from his sweaty palms and not his elbows!
After a while he felt his consciousness slipping, to be humiliated twice on the same day. He was angry, or at least he wanted to be, but it's difficult to feel many emotions if you are almost knocked out.
Then he suddenly got released.
"Hey, did you finally calm down?"
Katsuki just coughed after his release.
"Oh man, I did go too far, did I! I am terribly sorry, but you just seemed like a person that wouldn't listen to me if I released you prematurely! Oh god, I hope you can forgive me! No hard feelings, right? After all you were the first one to attack me."
Arata stretched his hands out to help him get up, but Katsuki just slapped it away.
"Prepare yourself tomorrow. I ain't going to let you off with the win!"
Everybody in the room was surprised at the reaction of the school king, they definitely thought that he would continue to pick a fight with the new student, but apparently, he admitted that he lost, for now.
"Oy, Sensei, get a grip, two of your students just fought in you lesson and you did nothing to stop it! How disappointing, will the lesson start some time, or can I just skip it if we won't learn anything anyways."
And everyone was surprised how proper the boy was that put Katsuki on his place. Would they get a new school king tomorrow?
------------------------------------------------------------------
During the break:
Midoriya really wanted to talk to Arata, but he doubted if he should. That guy knew to fight and he wouldn't know how he would react if he gets to know that he is quirkless.
He really was interested in the boy that defeated Katsuki, but he just couldn't get the courage. What if he is worse than him? But he REALLY wanted to know what kind of quirk he used, but he was too scared that Arata might not be so nice.
At the end his curiosity defeated his fear and he stood up to approach the new boy in class like everyone else.
"PISS OFF! Look, I've got no interest in any of you, nor do I want to make friends with any of you. You all are honestly pissing me off, approaching me, just because I am strong. I heard you crowned that explosion primate your school king, just because he is strong? What are you? A school full of delinquents? You all really have to set your priorities new. I am going now. You bunch of extras."
The room was silent after these words and Arata just walked out afterwards. Nobody had the courage to approach him after that anymore, including Izuku.
Extras? Wasn't that the same word Katsuki used when he talked about the other students at this school? He decided to not approach him after all. The danger of getting picked on by someone new was too dangerous...
FINALLY CANON START, 62 CHAPTER INTO MY STORY!
Should have prolonged it for 7 chapter so we would have started at my favourite number.
(Maybe she'll get into UA until then? Btw, Akane is about 13 now.)
