Chapter XII: Revival

"You're… You're alive?!" Kuno yelled. "I've been alive and I'm better! I see your wearing the same jacket you wore when you killed me." Kazue said. "Look, Kazue. That was me being pushed. I was told to do it or I'd lose my family!" Kuno tried to plead "family? Can't relate" Kazue said as he came in.

"Please. Sit down. Let's talk about what I've been doing since you killed me." Kazue said as Kuno was told about the adventure and deaths that happened for Kazue to get here. "You could have said you survived me shooting you." Kuno almost laughed. This annoyed Kazue "he really almost laughed about killing me". Kazue just went to his true form. "Do you believe me now?"

Kuno was paralyzed in fear. He couldn't run or he'd instantly die. "What do you want?" Kuno said in fear. "I want you to die. It's taking a lot of strength not to kill you right now. Death is right beside you in fact. I will give you two hours. Use this time to say goodbye to family, friends, and maybe apologize for killing someone"

Kazue left and thought of one thing. "What's next?" He left to ichiran and got one bowl. Happily eating it on his way home. He waited as two hours had begun. "Do I have to go to college again? I haven't been there in two years." As he opens the door in his house and sees someone in there. It was a person Kazue's age and was crying when he saw him. "HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A LOOKING GLASS!?!?" Ezra screamed as he gave a hug to him. "It takes 2 years. Why are you in my house though?" "When you died the house was for sale. No one bought it, so I did."

"Can I have my house back?" Kazue said. "Sure. Just make a looking glass faster." They talked about what happened when they got here. Ezra had his system and it still worked. Kazue could still use his. They talked and eventually Kazue went to his room as Ezra apparently had one and didn't touch his. As he touched the bed it finally made it to two hours.

Kazue then had a thought. "Is it actually worth it? I was happy in my little cabin and living near midburry." Kazue thought of all those who died on his trip for revenge. Did it really seem that good? To kill people, to turn people, and destroy patches of land? "I can't. I'll stay here to keep human appearances up, and go back to keep my own appearances up." Kazue said as he finally took sleep on somewhere that was comfortable.

When he woke up he started his day with doing everything normally. Showering, Brushing his teeth, having breakfast, etc.. He went to see the calendar to see the date

October 17th

He eventually thought about his next step. He wasn't killing Iwao so there had to be a next step. Superheroes were not needed in this age, so there had to be something. He eventually turned on the news. It was a report about a shooting, after that there was a suicide but Kazue changed the channel before he could know who did it. He looked at his looking glass and thought about things.

"Is there really nothing left for me here?" Kazue thought. He had no friends, his family had left him due to him being a "nuisance" and had no job or anything due to dying. There was nothing left. He decided to go back. He told Ezra what he would do and surprisingly, he joined in. They looked at the looking glass and made a configuration. They took things they wanted. Kazue looked at instant ramen and took 26 canisters. They jumped, kept progress and came to where Kazue made the glass, his cabin.

When he looked outside he saw midburry. Ezra looked at his cabin in awe. It looked beautiful. When Kazue went outside, he looked at the world in front of him. He saw many things but he wanted to have a purpose. When he thought about his quest, he thought about a big adventure. "Maybe that is my purpose." Kazue said with a smile, not so menacingly. He walked to midburry and looked for a adventuring guild. Although they advanced, this was two years. Guilds were still around, they just got more popular. He found one and went inside. He saw ever looking at him. He knew this look well. The look from seeing trash.

He asked a lady at a counter and asked how it works. He was told that quest can be done for money and depends on your rank. The ranks went to beginners, stone, iron, diamond, demon, and god. Quest also follow this system. Kazue would be at the god rank, but didn't say it out loud. "Can I ask for your highest rank quest" Kazue asked. The men in the building were enraged by him saying that. They all tried fighting him but Kazue hit them without killing them. Just to the point they get knocked out.

The lady, in fear said "that's the dragons den. There is 10 of every dragon in existence there. Primal advanced and evolved tiers are there. It's east from here but only one person survived going there and died the next day from injuries." Kazue asked for how much money he would get. He would get enough money to qualify as a billionaire. He left to his cabin and asked Ezra if he wanted to be with him. Ezra was exited and wanted to go.

With Kazue's speed, going anywhere takes a second. They were there quickly. They could rush in but there was talking. So they spectated. "The humans have demons and angels. How do we fight back?" "Our race is being hunted down for being dangerous. Yet the demons are living with them? Hypocritical"

Kazue heard this and went into the den. He was in his first form so the dragons looked at him like he was trash. "Try to make peace then." The dragons looked at him and tried killing him with their breath. Kazue went into his secondary form and got annoyed "Demons made peace because they could think. They could understand humans. You need to understand humans to make peace." Kazue said.

The dragons tried the same thing but he just got angry and went to the third form "Will you stop doing that! It's doing nothing!" Kazue said. All of them looked at Kazue in fear. They eventually left from the fear. They had left behind dragon eggs. Kazue did one thing that sounded crazy. He used one of his skills, merger, and would add a little of his power into the merged egg. He eventually did the deed. *!*
