start as a thug in ptj verse (lookisme and Questism…)

Synopsis: An ordinary young man on Earth ended up with no explanation in the PTJ verse. He became a secondary character named Hajun Gu after the latter lost consciousness. What will the new Hajun Gu do in this new world opening up to him? Author's Note: I'm finally deciding to write a story based on the PTJ verse and please, I would like your help to correct any mistakes since English is just my second language. Also, this is my second novel, so I have a bit of experience and also the image used for this fanfic is not mine (if the owner wants it I will remove it)

Chapter 26: Encounter with Daniel Park

Author's POV

"Sorry, but Mr. Xiaolung and Ms. Vivi are absent for the moment," declares a beautiful woman who seems to be of Chinese origin.

"We can wait for them, right?" Hanju calmly asks.

"I'm sorry, but you can't stay here," she replies in a carefree tone.

"We won't move from here," Johan says curtly.

After saying those words, the woman signals to a man behind her, and in less than a minute, several disfigured men in suits arrive.

"I think I've been too kind to you. We don't need additional help for security or other related work," she explains.

There was no longer the polite that a professional normally has, but instead, Hanju could sense the aura of a fighter emanating from her.

"I see. Johan, we'll have to settle this the old-fashioned way here, but please avoid seriously injuring them," Hanju says, taking a cigarette.

"I don't take orders from you," Johan simply replies, observing the guards surrounding them.

"Normally, Vasco should be causing a ruckus inside the club, but I don't even know if he or Jake are supposed to come today," Hanju thinks, striking a Chinese man who attacks him.

"It was probably time for the timeline to get messed up," he sighs, dodging a punch aimed at his face before knocking out the assailant with a blow to the stomach.

The fight didn't last long since Hanju and Johan were clearly on another level compared to the ordinary guards present.

"I can sense a warrior's aura emanating from you," declared Taegon Wi, a character from Lookism that Hanju could recognize because of his fight with Eli Jang.

"You deserve me to use this," he says, holding a staff and walking towards Johan and Hanju.

"You take care of it?" Hanju proposed, since he wanted to finish his cigarette and not risk wasting it against this opponent.

"Are you afraid?" Johan mocked, glancing at him.

"And you too, sir, are you afraid?" the woman who received Johan and Hanju asked.

Johan simply ignored the woman's question and headed towards her.

"It seems it will be between you and me," Hanju declared, throwing away his cigarette, his heart bleeding.

"I haven't found any interesting fighters in Korea; this place is too peaceful," Taegon Wi replies with disdain before charging towards Hanju with his staff.

The staff strike was fast and precise, but thanks to his vision sharpened by countless battles, Hanju could dodge with minimal movement and without having to use the AI's Synchro mode.

"You need to improve your use of the staff; you're too aggressive," Hanju responds, finally seizing the staff.

Hanju did not hesitate to apply an aikido technique to control the force exerted by Taegon Wi on the staff, unbalancing him and making him fall.

"I'll show you how to use this," he says with a sadistic smile, activating the "Tooling" card ability to improve his talent with weapons and his stats when using a weapon.

After a few minutes of massacre, Taegon Wi eventually lost consciousness.

"You said we shouldn't hurt him too much, right?" Johan said in a condescending tone, undoubtedly to provoke Hanju.

"Not my fault, he was too weak," Hanju simply replies with a shrug.

"I see you had fun," Hanju provokes, casting an approving glance towards Johan and the slightly winded but uninjured woman.

"YOU ARE... Grrr," the woman wanted to say something, but unfortunately, she was too enraged for it to be comprehensible.

...

"So, if I understand correctly, you beat my men because they didn't want to let you , wait me inside the club," Xiaolung asked with an expressionless face, but the tone of his voice showed that he was clearly angry.

"Yes," Hanju and Johan answered successively with nonchalance, as if they were not the target of Xiaolung's rage.

"I'll let it slide this time, but know that we'll be working together for a Time unknown, so avoid making enemies here," Xiaolung said, casting a disapproving glance at the woman named Sowol and the man with the swollen face named Taegon Wi.

"Yes, and what kind of work will we be doing here?" Hanju asked casually. He didn't really care about the respect he owed Xiaolung since he knew this place was doomed.

"You'll be bouncers for now," Xiaolung said curtly.

After receiving their schedule at the club, Hanju and Johan were both about to leave when...

"You two, how old are you?" the young girl lying on an armchair with an empty gaze loudly asked.

But currently, she seemed to have regained her senses.

"18 years old," Hanju replies reflexively, but Johan doesn't say anything.

It seemed he was disconcerted by the sudden question.

"Oh, we're in the same age group. I'm Vivi, and tell me," she says, getting closer into their personal space.

"What kind of work do you do? Are you celebrities given your appearance, or are you like those people who show their butts for money?" she asks innocently.

The barrage of questions clearly disconcerted Johan, and Hanju could have been just as disconcerted if the young girl's name hadn't caught his attention.

"It's her, Vivi," he thinks, a little surprised.

He had suspicions about her identity when Xiaolung carried her when he introduced himself, but her completely drugged state by several unknown substances had made him unconsciously reject the idea.

"I must control my common sense and rely more on my knowledge of these worlds," he mentally concludes.

"Sorry, I'm not really a celebrity, and no, I don't show my butt for money," Hanju simply responds to Vivi, who seems slightly saddened by his refusal to show his buttocks.

"I wonder if Xiaolung gets it in the ass since he no longer has his d*ck," Hanju thought as he left the room.

He had this thought because of Vivi's interest in his and Johan's butts.

"So Johan, how long are you going to work at Tom Lee's place?" Hanju asks in front of the club.

Currently, Hanju was a little bored, so he wanted to chat with Johan.

"It's none of your business," Johan simply replies.

"Too bad you have such a bad temper, but it's also funny," Hanju says, searching for his phone to pass the time.

"Shut up, Hanju," Johan responds as he observes what's in front of him.

"Excuse me, I'd like to enter," a short teenage boy asks.

"You appear to be a minor, Mr. Daniel Park, and you are clearly not 90 years old," Hanju says as he looks at Daniel's ID card. Daniel tried to make faces to convince him and Johan that he is indeed 90 years old

"Come on, let me in," Daniel pleaded with puppy dog eyes.

Johan was about to give him a beating, but Hanju stops him by showing him the badge Daniel possesses.

"What's up with that badge? " asks johan disturbed by hanju's interruption

" He's a VVIP at Workers," Hanju says, and he takes the opportunity to explain to Johan how things are organized at Workers.

"I see," Johan says, nodding in understanding.

"I think we should report him to Xiaolung," Hanju says, motioning for Daniel, who had a somewhat dubious expression on his face but still followed Hanju inside.

Author's Note: Damn, TikT*k absorbed me for a good while lol 😂 And yes, Vasco doesn't need to go get his 500 cents in this timeline, and Jake Kim hasn't arrived yet to get Sinu Han.
