Bug Swarm

With a loud crack, the giant centipede's carapace ruptured open and its body was flung away, right into Lynol's blade. After its weakened body was cut in half, the blade of bone shot further to the ground into the swarm of beatles. Many of them were crushed in one go, and the others were flung into the air, either by the impact itself or in an attempt to dodge out of the way.

The swordsman glanced to the side, spotting the blood dripping down from Foster's shoulder. They encountered a ridiculously large swarm of bug monsters, one incomparable to any that they had seen on these floors so far. While they individually weren't tough to deal with, it was clear that this number was too great to deal with without incurring some level of injury.
