The Fall of two Empires

The Nova Corps had rushed to Xandar to defend it with their lives and help the people leave the area battle. Unfortunately they couldn't leave the planet because of the Blockade by the Reaper and Geth forces.

And since the enemy were not attacking they had time to get the civilians out of the danger areas.

Legion had the Reapers and Geth hold position over the planet but not attack it yet. He did this because he knew that all the civilians would crowd up into big crowds and few location's. This would make it easy to process all of the people.

While the Reaper fleet was holding position above the planet the Nova Corps who had fought them before was nearing the location of Xandar.

Commander Aria looked at the blockade in front of her and grabbed at her heart since this was not something that she wanted to see. The seat of the Government Xandar was being attacked by forces that had tremendous power.

The Amount of enemy ship's in front of her outnumbered her entire fleet. But she must try to break through since she must protect the Civilians.

She tried to contact the Military Command on the surface of the planet but the communication's were blocked by the enemy.

So she had no choice "All right Nova Corps we are here at the Seat of our Government Xandar. Yet the enemy stand in our way to see our families and we can't get into contact with anybody on the surface so we will have to push through" Said Commander Aria

All the Nova Corps whether they were scared or not all shouted "Yes Ma'am"

"Then all forces Charge at the enemy" Said Commander Aria as knew that this was possibly the last battle for all of the people here including her.

The Reaper forces had already detected the incoming Nova Corps forces but they were too little to cause any trouble to them.

So the Reaper's just launched their fighters to attack the Nova Corps in front of them.

At the same time half of the Reaper forces had broke off and entered the Planet's atmosphere.

The Nova Corps on the ground were still protecting a few Civilians when the Reapers descended on their planet.

"Their here!" Yelled one of the Nova Corps over the communicator.

"All ship's break formation and stop them at all costs" Ordered the Commander.

The Nova Corps had broke formation and began attacking the Reaper forces doing what little damage they could.

But a few Laser attacks from the Reapers and the Nova Corps numbers were falling quickly. The Last stand of the Nova Corps on Xandar stood no chance at all.

The Reaper forces were unstoppable in their attack on Xandar and now the Nova Empire has collapsed without their central Government.

It was the Same on the Kree Homeworld of Hala. Nobody could escape the reach of the Reapers and the spread throughout the Galaxy taking planet after planet.

And once this Galaxy falls it will be on to the next for the Reapers. And then soon enough the entire Universe will be under the Control of the Imperium.

On Omnipotence City the Gods were already aware of this threat that was attacking both the Nova Empire and the Kree Empire.

But they didn't see it as a threat to the Gods since they just seen as synthetics attacking the worlds of the Mortal Empires. It had nothing to do with them here on Omnipotence City.

And while there were a few Gods who were slightly worried nobody took action to do anything.

Odin the Asgardian God and King had received a vision of destruction and the fall of Asgard by one person.

And while he didn't know this person's name he knew what their face looked like. But it was still unbelievable to think that Asgard could be destroyed by just one person.

But his visions were never wrong. So he decided to keep this matter to himself so that it won't cause chaos in Asgard. But he will look into this matter more since it wasn't just something he can disregard.

Back to the Reapers attack against the Nova Corps, they had begun to run into problems as some powerful people had began to help both the Empires in their defense against the Reapers.

One of which was a person known as Captain Marvel. She was able to destroy a Reaper ship after about an hour of fighting.

And if she could do it once then she could do it again.

John had already got informed of this so he didn't wait around as he summoned a few people to deal with this matter.

John Figured this would be more than enough to stop those who dare stand in his way. He didn't have time to waste time on mere obstacles when all he needed to do was to remove those obstacles.
