War Of The Remnant Americans

President Harold was right, they would need to fear him, but they had no idea as to what was happening just below their feet. Scientists from the pre-bombs times, had been cooking up a new beast, something to kill off the Skattlkin, and drive off the other survivors.

It was a beast of biblical power, with a scorpion tail, the claws of a lion, and the jaw strength of an alligator, it was a force to be avoided. The President grinned and laughed as the beast roared ready to unleash carnage upon the unfortunate souls who lived well above its dwelling.

A few days passed and the Ghost and his crew managed to sneak out of the bunker. disguised as a patrol unit they made it back to ODTA. They had been walking for hours and had become exhausted. They'd managed to hit their home at dusk and were ready to sleep. The other enslaved Odtaians had began their riot, preparing for something fierce, everything was lining up to exactly what the President wanted.

However he forgot to account for the fact the Raiders had nukes. They began launching them all over Illinois, starting the second wave of fires. The wave spread from Chicago and began sweeping downward, destroying everything in its path, human and building alike. The Ghost and his crew looked to the now orange colored dawn sky as the fires light up the world.
