In this, Action, War, Sci-fi twist, the small American town of Ottawa Illinois is thrown through a series of loops. Apocalypse has fallen upon their doorstep. The Local Hero, The Ghost of Ottawa, and a few others become victims of the old world, corrupt trillionaires, greedy politicians, all eager to get a slice of the pie, but if that wasn't crazy enough, a few trillionaires hope to cyberform the entire world, push deeper into the digital age, keeping the citizens oppressed, and depressed as if orchestrating nuclear warfare wasn't enough. The Ghost and his friends are thrown from situation to situation, unknowing of what the next chapter and curve will bring! Is There Anybody Out There?
It's been 6 months since the Old World Vault opened up and the former United States Government returned to the surface. In their wake the ran drone strikes all over the regions, hitting the W.C.C and J.I.C especially hard.
They stated, "We have been monitoring the actions of the American Regions and have been appalled by the peoples readiness to destroy one another. The Ranger of Dallas, The Ghost of Ottawa, The Pioneer of San Francisco, and the Quaker of the Colonial States are nothing more than extremists, terrorists, and threats to the future of the United States Of America and will be hunted down and killed accordingly."
This message pissed off almost every region. The Ranger of Dallas had been killed by the Ghost of Ottawa and the other two had yet to see combat. The regions began preparing for all out war against the Government, gathering and making weapons, ammunition, and getting their planes ready to fly.
The Remnant Government had shown their dark hand in the 2020 election, between Senator Jared Harrison and Millionaire Mrs. Milly Howell, but they'd finally removed their mask. They demanded that the regions immediately surrender and give up their weapons. The W.C.C surrendered and within a span of 15 hours, 90% of their territory was bombed to oblivion. Refugees poured into the other regions but for that the Texan Empire wasn't friendly to their people, executing anyone who dared enter their territory.
They fled across the country settling where they could, most went to the Colonial states while a few groups ended up in the J.I.C or Joint Illinois Coalition. ODTA took in the survivors hoping to boost their moral and numbers. It would be sometime before the Government had time for another mass strike, which gave the Ghost and his allies time to plan and strike.
