The Duel Finale
We continued to run from the wave, which seemed to have limitless energy, as Brie continued to shriek excessively.
"Come on, come on!" she shouted as the wave continued to chase after us. It was so big and towering that Castillo was completely cut from the picture. "We're gonna make it!" I said, while I looked at her. My heart began to flutter in my stomach, as an essence of relief began to flow through my body like a stream—a refreshing stream like a beach.
Determination burned brighter than ever.
I glanced ahead, seeing a hill that could possibly shield us from the wave that continued to wet our heels. I glanced to the right, seeing Hans and the rest speed towards the same coveted location, which only confirmed our next plan.
"We're going behind that hill!" I announced.
